1 /5 Amber: friendly and caring is far from what i experienced today. i was trying to get my sick child an appt and amy wanted to falsely accuse me of something was completely uncalled for. next time someone calls for a new patient appointment and you accept their insurance do your job and just simply make the damn appointment. no need for false accusations. thanks for letting me know ahead of time to not waste my time or risk my childs health with this office. wish i could give zero stars.

5 /5 Marianne: I absolutely love every single staff member here! I cannot recommend these doctors and nurses enough. I came to this pediatrician per casual recommendation of a few women in the Healthy Start Program at the health department. I cannot stress how absolutely incredible, understanding, and genuinely passionate these professionals are at what they do. They care for everyone at such a high level. Even the receptionists are actually super sweet and radiate great energy. The doctors are also very knowledgeable and a few I would even consider to be "old school," in the best way possible. They actually care about you and what you have to say and answer every single question and concern that you may have. Im not really sure why theyre in Madison of all places because theyre way better than all of the doctors Ive been to in Tallahassee and experienced in Valdosta. I cant reccomend these guys enough. I came to them right before I had my baby girl and they provided me with the paperwork and pre registration to fill out before my first visit (I came because I was about to have my baby girl). From the moment you walk in the doors, you feel absolutely welcome and so at home, which is weird because you really cant feel that way in most hospitals. They keep you safe and genuinely have a concern for your children. Because my baby is so new, they even call me in as I wait in the parking lot so that she isnt exposed to the potential germs that may linger in the waiting room (which Im sure gets sanitized daily anyway). They arent like all the other doctors and arent trying to sell you a treatment you dont actually need. The advice they give is genuine and from the heart. They dont care about profiting off of you and give you advice they themselves use. Make sure to ask questions and dont hold anything back, because these people actually understand and will give you the time and space to be vunerable. There are no stupid questions! I cant believe the people who reccomended them to me were so casual, because they really go above and beyond with what they do. I reccomend Little Pines to every mom and parent I come in contact with if theyre looking for a pediatrician for their kid because they really are that good

5 /5 Jade Montgomery: If youre looking for a friendly and caring environment to bring your little ones this is it! The entire staff the front desk, nurses, and doctors are all phenomenal and actually show concern for your child if theyre sick. Check ups are a breeze as well, they do their best to get you in and out. Need to come in last minute? They squeeze you in no problem with very little wait. Highly reccomend this pediatricians office!

5 /5 Ashley Register: Everyone there is so kind and patient. All four of my children go there, and we have had quite a few scary situations that they have helped us through. They are all happy and healthy now! :)
