1 /5 ben browning: This hospital is very much a business about making money and Healthcare is not the 1st priority. The waiting area for care is small compared to the mall/shopping area set aside for commerce. The song playing right now is Beat It by Michael Jackson. This hospital is the epitome of what is wrong with the health care industry in the United States. The patient is the last priority. The building itself is named for one of the owners of Publix grocery stores, which I guess isnt bad of itself, but it in fact showcases the divide between rich and poor even more in a place like a hospital/restaurant/shoe store. This is not to say the staff at this business arent great or dont care about their patients, its just obnoxious antld almost tragic that Im here with my mom for a cardiac procedure to see what will be required surgically to prolong her life and right now the nurse has to shout the patients name over Nirvanas Smells Like Teen Spirit. Seriously bad taste, especially with how the public feels about the abusive and obscene health care industry right now in America.

5 /5 Austin Richardson: My family is going through a rough time right now. My mother has some serious health issues going on and she was admitted into the hospital through the ER last night. Today she had a surgery. After the surgery there were some issues that were tended to quickly. Due to the issue she ended up on the 8th floor in the ICU. Im writing this review because the staff that is currently taking care of her are second to none. They were all great. Kerry, the head nurse, was so attentive and on point. She not only took care of things quickly but also was able to keep our family informed of everything she did. The nurse assigned to my mother Jacqueline was working from the moment I got into the room and was still working when I left a couple hours later. She was kind and had a very calm demeanor which was a relief in the situation. I could not ask for any better nurses to be watching over my mom while I get some sleep. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! Karry and Jacqueline are both angels in my book!

1 /5 Aracelis B: Better than five years ago or seven years ago for some has been amazing and praise God that it has been cardiac problems and you can have somebody to have some business here at the same time like this hospital to go through a lot of money they have to pay their employees pay electric fee everything You don’t have patience and you don’t take care of all that goes to this first doctors a nurse could be patient and clerical workers wasn’t my sister allowed to be with your sister not your property until the next day and then let us know. I don’t have a sister. I’m quite sure of in the hospital since then hopefully is good to see better than.

1 /5 Ashley Williams: So my husband had surgery found out he was also a diabetic he now has a big hole from them having to drain everything I asked the nurse last night to clean bed sheets they brought me a bunch of folded clean bed sheets as I started spreading out the bed sheets I noticed this sheet was not clean you could feel the crustynes here is a picture it looks like dried s***. The day shift nurse did not tend to him well at all when she got in at 7:00 in the morning she did not come in the room and put her name or number on the board like she is supposed to and check his vitals. He had been calling for a nurse for 3 hours because he was in pain and needed his medicine she did not come Till I call downstairs and got the charge nurse on the phone the charge nurse came in the room gave him his meds and said that she would talk to the nurse. I only seen the nurse one more time that day that was when he got out of surgery and his machine was going off and she said she needed to flush out his IV she never came to do that. He also called her numerous times throughout the day she never came to his room to check on him. There was a night shift nurse three of them that were very good one of thems name was Travis and then there was two other ones that were really good and I found out during night shift the nurse also skipped one of his doses of insulin and she did not even mark down medicines that she gave him or any of his other stuff like she was supposed to so that the next shift knew what was going on. The adult side is horrible. Im so glad I was here and I was the one that changed his sheets because I could not imagine if bacteria got in that hole with him being diabetic what would have happened.
