1 /5 Green Eyes: If I could give less than one star I would. This is the dentist office I went to as a child & never had a bad experience but I cant say that anymore. It was my daughters first appointment, shes 3 years old so naturally she was nervous/scared. Becky told us that we had to hurry up because she had other patients. Mind you, her whole appointment lasted less than 15 minutes & was scheduled for months in advance. She made no attempt to comfort my child, just scolded her. Do not accept pediatric patients if you do not have the patience with them. If youre reading this and have children, I would highly recommend you go somewhere that will treat your child with care and courtesy.

1 /5 Jean Carlos Castillo: We came to this place for an emergency, we waited for 3 hours and we were never attended to even though the patient was pregnant. Definitely if you have an emergency this is not the right place to go, if you dont have empathy for someone who is pregnant, much less will you have it for someone else. If you dont have the ability to handle emergencies, let them know when the patient arrives at your reception and dont waste their time.
