Alexandra T We brought my 3M old daughter here & she stayed for 4 days. In those 4 days she became a baby I didn’t even recognize . She is now happy & healthy & I couldn’t thank the staff more. Her nurses were amazing & very attentive & the cleaning crew was great.The only complaint I have is that your answering staff needs work. I called one night to check on my daughter and the man who answered told me she was NOT a patient there which is very alarming . I called 3 times and that was the answer I got after giving the spelling of her name and date of birth. Me and my husband were about to pack our toddler up and head there at 2 am. The fourth time I called a man named Alex answered and transferred me over to my daughter’s nurse . But in regards to the doctors and nurses we had great care

William Lamore After calling Baptist back I am happy to say that their customer service exceeds all expectations. I had previously had a really bad month followed by a really bad day. I let my mouth get the best of me and because of that they had a let me off the phone. I called them back today to request medical records and I was kindly greeted by Ali. She assured me that no matter what happened they are committed to my care. It is a rare thing to be forgiven for a wrong. It is a whole different level when the people you offended forgive and offer help and care.

Susan Holmes Ive been a patient with this practice for quite awhile and I appreciate the care, and honesty, I receive from Ms Angle and the care team! They know their patients and they care about their health! I continue going because I need honest accountability, and encouragement, so I dont return to my 354 lbs! I didnt have the surgery; I wanted to try and do it myself with GODS GRACE and this practice and help! After 8 major operations since "2024" I have been encouraged and directed when I need to rest! Ms. Angle actually discovered I had health issues I wasnt aware of; thanks to my morbid obesity! A thorough exam and a scan and MRI detected cervical and lumbar issues that required attention! You never know whats going on with your own body and if you have concerns then come here! You get care and respect...now...send me questionnaires about other practices in my medical records... I could give you some interesting information..BTW...let Neurosurgery know, after 3 contacts with them, I never got that referral! Send me a questionnaire about them... Id love to explain why Baptist Hospital will be the hospital I choose to have my next cervical/lumbar surgery!

Carper Lynn The office was busy but seemed to be pretty efficient. The doctor was on time and thorough in his discussion of the health issue. I would definitely recommend Dr Comitalo!

Miranda Lee Heather Murray is the absolute best!!! I cannot say that enough. Every problem Ive had shes always tackled it head on, no hesitation, and has always offered the best. Literally the best Primary Ive ever had. She listens to every problem, even takes in the small details Ive previously had overlooked. Ive always had doctors that would blow me off and treat me like I was young and couldnt possible have any problems and I was just overweight and that was the cause of my problem. She appropriately addresses every problem and concern I had. And she is willing to fight to get whatever you need/want. I truly cant thank her enough for everything shes helped me with!

Tonya Gentry Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.

Josh Carey Many of the physicians here are well educated, understanding, flexible, and articulate. This is the best service for escambia county employees: no cost visits, select in-house medications at no charge, decent hours and great availability with almost no wait time.

Michayla Galloway Personally, the people in this office including the “Doctor” I see are actually rude. I came to this office in 2022 and informed them that I wanted to be able to conceive shortly after I got married in 2024 and that I would need help. It’s 2025 and Kristin Foster hasn’t helped me or explained anything to me AT ALL about MY body. She hasn’t helped improve my body, she hasn’t helped me understand my body, and she hasn’t helped me get to the goal I am desperately working hard for. I’ve heard good things about her so I’ve been trying to stay patient but this side of herself that she’s shown me is actually so disheartening and my heart continuously breaks when she repeatedly lets me down. As for the other women in this office that answer phones, etc. They need to be a little more sensitive when answering the phones and be less rude.
