Beth Beth My first experience with Community Health NW Florida was accompanying my granddaughter for her visit. I’m medical personnel for 50 years. All the medical professionals from the reception area to the Exam Room were polite, professional and thorough. Both my granddaughter and I were very comfortable with her caregivers and are grateful for their excellent care. Our appointment took less than an hour.

Britt The wait is sometimes long depending on what time and day you come. As far as the people who are at the front window, people saying theyre rude, they do deal with a lot of people. Theres only 2 who work up front. Yes they need more. The 2 ladys who work up front are nice and helpful, theres times they have their days but again its only the 2 of them with lots of people. So I do like the staff and the place, you just have to deal with it. If you dont like it then you could go to the fairfield office which they take forever to get to you! Your choice though. I prefer palafox location though.

Wally Herron Dr. Amy Watson and her team at Pensacola Dermatology provide superior service. Great attention to detail and detailed note-taking to insure any potential problem areas are discovered and thoroughly addressed. This gives me peace of mind to safely continue enjoying an outdoor lifestyle safely and protected from sun damage. Outstanding customer service.

When the initial specialist was unreachable, she demonstrated initiative by forwarding my orders and x-rays to an alternative specialist, thereby ensuring prompt attention. S Clark I have followed Dr.Burnett all over Pensacola through three offices, and Ill continue to be his patient wherever his office is. Dr.Burnett has great sympathy for my severe spinal issues and does anything he can to help my quality of life, I trust my life to him as my doctor

Rebecca Kidd Great staff and clean facility even if not located in the prettiest building. Rosa at the front desk was concise and polite when we called to schedule an appointment - And knew exactly what I was talking about when mentioning the immigration process. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted quickly and waited hardly any time at all - MUCH less time than I am used to waiting for other local doctors!! Dr. Ho does have a strong accent as I’ve seen mentioned in other comments but that did not keep us from communicating well. He was also concise but thorough when providing information and asked multiple times to ensure we understood him. Cindy was a lot of fun and moves quickly so we almost didn’t notice we’d taken care of everything. In and out of the office within two hours and that included waiting, getting blood drawn, meeting with Dr. Ho, 2 shots, and payment. AND it was cheaper than it would have been at the other doctor we would have had to wait more than a month to see. Thanks Rosa, Cindy, and Dr. Ho for the great experience.

Carper Lynn The office was busy but seemed to be pretty efficient. The doctor was on time and thorough in his discussion of the health issue. I would definitely recommend Dr Comitalo!

Tricia Harmon I’ve been here for 1-1/2 years. And I have loved it. The personal attention I receive has really helped me. I feel like they remember my issues from visit to visit. All the staff are nice and efficient. My mom past last month and Breanna has called me once a week checking on me. I’ve never had a nurse do that. You can tell she cares about her people. Dr Blanchard takes the time to talk with you. And to listen to you. You don’t wait hours and see the Dr for 5 minutes like most Dr offices. They make you feel like family. And as I’m in the waiting room you here the same attention with all the patients.

Roxanne Walker The Dr and staff were nice and friendly. Wait time was fast. Been there 3 times great experience every time. No complaints from me.
