4 /5 Alexandra T: We brought my 3M old daughter here & she stayed for 4 days. In those 4 days she became a baby I didn’t even recognize . She is now happy & healthy & I couldn’t thank the staff more. Her nurses were amazing & very attentive & the cleaning crew was great.The only complaint I have is that your answering staff needs work. I called one night to check on my daughter and the man who answered told me she was NOT a patient there which is very alarming . I called 3 times and that was the answer I got after giving the spelling of her name and date of birth. Me and my husband were about to pack our toddler up and head there at 2 am. The fourth time I called a man named Alex answered and transferred me over to my daughter’s nurse . But in regards to the doctors and nurses we had great care
