Elizabeth Rachelle Dr. Moore, his staff, and WFH were fantastic! Once I got the referral from my primary doctor I was seen at Dr Moores office a week later and scheduled for surgery 4 days later. The morning of surgery I was super nervous! It may have been a small procedure but it was my first so my nerves were on edge! The staff were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and took a couple minutes to calm me down. Everyone genuinely treated me like they cared I was their patient. Dr. Moore came in the morning of surgery to go over everything one last time. He was very friendly yet confident it was going to be a good morning. He even laughed at some of my corny jokes which made me feel a lot better about the procedure. I am 4 days post-op now and healing well. The scars look great and the pain is manageable! I would highly recommend doctor more, his staff, and West Florida Hospital to anyone looking to have a surgical procedure done!!!

LisaLisa Martinez Morales Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have been tested four times over the past 10 months at this site (only once at the Sacred Heart Ascension site on Bayou Blvd). They are more efficient and faster results returned every time. Now they are drive thru, which is even better. I recommend all my friends and colleagues to go there. Last two times tested, I got my results within two days, the last time tested on Thursday and texted results were ready on Saturday morning. I think this site and their techs are great.

Miranda Lee Heather Murray is the absolute best!!! I cannot say that enough. Every problem Ive had shes always tackled it head on, no hesitation, and has always offered the best. Literally the best Primary Ive ever had. She listens to every problem, even takes in the small details Ive previously had overlooked. Ive always had doctors that would blow me off and treat me like I was young and couldnt possible have any problems and I was just overweight and that was the cause of my problem. She appropriately addresses every problem and concern I had. And she is willing to fight to get whatever you need/want. I truly cant thank her enough for everything shes helped me with!

Jamie Minderman I had the unfortunate need to visit this place twice in as many months. The service and care that I received both times were exceptional. Everyone was pitching it to help each other and it seemed like a great team dynamic. Really patient centered care. They made sure I had everything I needed while I was there and when discharged. Highly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

Alyssa Matthews I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I told these people that I have temporal lobe epilepsy and had not been getting the nutrients my body needs because of the intestinal issues that they found over a month ago and gastro still hadnt gotten back with me to get me in... I told them I needed nutrition because without it I would start seizing.... they left me sitting for 5 hours while everyone else was treated. Eventually I started seeing things that werent there because left temporal lobe seizures cause hallucinations... they kicked me out... for an epileptic rage they caused by refusing to help. I could have sat alone in my house and died of seizures... they never gave us the results of my blood tests, people took blood without gloves and no marked vials.. they even told me that they did not have a patient advocate when I asked for one after 5 hours of sitting without fluids, or nutrition bags while I watched them do the exact thing for everyone else. In the shared room we were packed into. This was a horrendous way to be treated by medical staff who should be training in left temporal lobe seizures... but clearly they cant do that. Do not go here. Oh and Im contacting a lawyer. What they did to me was illegal and they are now charging my insurance for nothing.

Rebecca Kidd Great staff and clean facility even if not located in the prettiest building. Rosa at the front desk was concise and polite when we called to schedule an appointment - And knew exactly what I was talking about when mentioning the immigration process. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted quickly and waited hardly any time at all - MUCH less time than I am used to waiting for other local doctors!! Dr. Ho does have a strong accent as I’ve seen mentioned in other comments but that did not keep us from communicating well. He was also concise but thorough when providing information and asked multiple times to ensure we understood him. Cindy was a lot of fun and moves quickly so we almost didn’t notice we’d taken care of everything. In and out of the office within two hours and that included waiting, getting blood drawn, meeting with Dr. Ho, 2 shots, and payment. AND it was cheaper than it would have been at the other doctor we would have had to wait more than a month to see. Thanks Rosa, Cindy, and Dr. Ho for the great experience.

Keith Bowe From routine to knee replacement, professional responsible service provided me has been exemplary and complete in all regards. Dr. Dunn listens and explains his recommendation for what Ive found to be relevant to my needs. 2020 Update: Made the transition to Medicare with the condition Dr. Dunn continues as my Primary, with the support of the West Florida Medical Group, West Pensacola. The care given here only gets better with time. Very spacious and comfortable waiting room with very short wait time and a professional staff ease me in and back out with every reasonable accommodation performed including attention to detail. Beyond this, however is the Primary Care I get. Same day appointment are often possible when needed with sound procedure, which is the whole point. I dont take any of this for granted. Because Im here, Im not in need.
