amanda johnson Traveling and my son is sunburned. He rubbed lotion with hand sanitizer on his chest and was burning bad. Stopped in and they had a first aid kit with burn cream available. Fantastic service, very nice staff.

David I’m incredibly thankful for this clinic. I have had all kinds of long ignored ailments seen. They seen me for free based on my income. I’ve even had surgery in this clinic and for free. I am always so nice when I go in as everyone there is a volunteer. They also have a pharmacy on site for many meds. Again, I’m just extremely happy someone referred me here. As long as I am within income guidelines I will go here.

Tonya Martinez Very good visit with Dr Morrison. He took time to go over all my questions. Looked me in the eye and explained everything. Michele Bates went over all my appointments. Listened to my needs with sincerity. Followed up with me the next day. They make you feel at ease.Dr Morrisons nurse made sure to accommodate the time I needed for my appointment. William Lamore After calling Baptist back I am happy to say that their customer service exceeds all expectations. I had previously had a really bad month followed by a really bad day. I let my mouth get the best of me and because of that they had a let me off the phone. I called them back today to request medical records and I was kindly greeted by Ali. She assured me that no matter what happened they are committed to my care. It is a rare thing to be forgiven for a wrong. It is a whole different level when the people you offended forgive and offer help and care.

Everyone from the receptionist that squeezed my daughter in for her appointment after a mistake by the 9th Avenue office about my daughters pediatrician changing locations to the nurse and doctor who also arranged for her to be seen. To the professional and personable nurse and doctor that interacted with my daughter. Its important for children to have a positive impression of doctors offices at a young age and I greatly appreciate the efforts and attitudes of the employees.

Lisa Butler Alison Ray is a great primary care nurse practitioner. She listened to me and gave thoughtful and non judgmental feedback. I came in surly because the parking lot of the facility is under construction and the complex enormous so getting where you need to be isn’t easy. By the time my appointment was over I was calm and in a much better mood.

Susan Holmes Ive been a patient with this practice for quite awhile and I appreciate the care, and honesty, I receive from Ms Angle and the care team! They know their patients and they care about their health! I continue going because I need honest accountability, and encouragement, so I dont return to my 354 lbs! I didnt have the surgery; I wanted to try and do it myself with GODS GRACE and this practice and help! After 8 major operations since "2024" I have been encouraged and directed when I need to rest! Ms. Angle actually discovered I had health issues I wasnt aware of; thanks to my morbid obesity! A thorough exam and a scan and MRI detected cervical and lumbar issues that required attention! You never know whats going on with your own body and if you have concerns then come here! You get care and respect...now...send me questionnaires about other practices in my medical records... I could give you some interesting information..BTW...let Neurosurgery know, after 3 contacts with them, I never got that referral! Send me a questionnaire about them... Id love to explain why Baptist Hospital will be the hospital I choose to have my next cervical/lumbar surgery!

Tricia Harmon I’ve been here for 1-1/2 years. And I have loved it. The personal attention I receive has really helped me. I feel like they remember my issues from visit to visit. All the staff are nice and efficient. My mom past last month and Breanna has called me once a week checking on me. I’ve never had a nurse do that. You can tell she cares about her people. Dr Blanchard takes the time to talk with you. And to listen to you. You don’t wait hours and see the Dr for 5 minutes like most Dr offices. They make you feel like family. And as I’m in the waiting room you here the same attention with all the patients.

Tom Notnow Everyone so professional and yet very nice, from getting registered with Denise to being escorted to exam room you feel confident that your care will be the very best. Then the doctor comes in and listens to your concerns followed by just the right questions. Now you know things are going to get better. You feel like you are in good hands. Trust me you are. Im so glad I was able to get an appointment here.
