Matt DeWitt I bought this 2012 Mini up in Jacksonville from a private party and it showed service due, so I made an appointment online (which was so easy) and brought it in. They took their time to go over the whole car, fixed what needed it based on what I asked for, gave me reasonable recommendations for future service, and provided a comfortable place for me to wait. Johnny Vasquez I came into RPM auto for a repair estimate for my A/C estimate. They were very polite and courteous. My estimate was done right at my appointment time and done in less than an hour with a reasonable repair quite and a full breakdown of parts labor. Definately professional and great customer service

Sofia Wills Out of all the mechanics in town that I’ve taken my cars to over the years, Computa Tune has been the most reliable and trustworthy. Jay and everyone there are absolutely amazing. As a woman, it’s common for mechanics to take advantage of that and charge out the stratosphere thinking I have no knowledge on cars, but Computa Tune has always been up front with me, giving me honest diagnostics, and doing honest work. They communicate every step of the way and answer all of my questions. It’s truly a relief to have a mechanic I can trust.

Steven Williams Ran into these folks in a pinch when a carshare vehicle of mine ended up abandoned at their shop with two flat tires. Nice lady on the phone helped us confirm it was still there and the GPS was right. Once I got there, a kind gentleman helped me load the car on my transport trailer, gave me directions on how to get home, and all in all, they just seemed like real nice honest people.

Brad OHara I have an Explorer that was jerking on acceleration. Before taking to Dad’s I had 2 mechanics and two Ford dealerships. None of them could fix it. One suggested $6,000 transmission. Nicole Washburn I’ve never met a more HONEST or compassionate team of mechanics in my life. After years of being overcharged and misled by different mechanics, I was terrified when my car broke down. I had it towed to the dealership who quoted me over $11,000 and said I needed a new engine (a 2020 vehicle I’ve owned for a year). I took a leap of faith and had it towed here — and it was the best decision I could’ve made. They told me my engine was perfectly fine and fixed the issue for literally a quarter of the cost and in about a week. Today, I drove my car home with tears in my eyes.
