Des I recently had some scratches and a dent on my car repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Armand was fantastic from start to finish: super professional, clear, and responsive. The communication was great, with consistent follow-ups throughout the week so I always knew what was happening. The service was impressively quick, and the price was very reasonable. The results speak for themselves and the scratch is completely gone, like it never even happened! (Check out the before and after photos! Amazing, right?) Madison Mantyla My husband and I were just passing through Gainesville (literally just stopping for gas) during a 12 hour car ride and our air conditioner was acting up. All the parts stores were closed and Big Gainesville Mobile Mechanic was about closed. I called desperate and they took so much time to talk us through diagnosing and fixing things ourselves since they couldn’t come out ourselves. Got the air conditioner back and up working right there in the Shell parking lot!! Didn’t charge us anything for the time and effort but saved our butts from roasting all week and for the drive back to Ohio since we wouldn’t have any time to a mechanic at our vacation destination due to pre-booked activities. Thank you so much!!

Johnny Vasquez I came into RPM auto for a repair estimate for my A/C estimate. They were very polite and courteous. My estimate was done right at my appointment time and done in less than an hour with a reasonable repair quite and a full breakdown of parts labor. Definately professional and great customer service
