Lisa Butler Alison Ray is a great primary care nurse practitioner. She listened to me and gave thoughtful and non judgmental feedback. I came in surly because the parking lot of the facility is under construction and the complex enormous so getting where you need to be isn’t easy. By the time my appointment was over I was calm and in a much better mood.

Jerome Shannon On January 17, 2025 I was admitted to Baptist Hospital for an aortic aneurysm repair surgery. Following that surgery, I had two brain surgeries on 1/22 and 1/24, and am now receiving radiation therapy and chemotherapy for brain cancer. I can say without a shadow of doubt that Baptist Hospital is a world-class facility dedicated to saving lives and creating the best lives possible for its patients. I was in hospital for ten days and every employee of Baptist made me feel as if my care and my positive outcome was the most important thing to them. The level and quality of care I experienced is absolutely second to none. As I continue my care as an out-patient I am even more impressed with Baptist Hospital and the level of care provided by its employees. Baptist Hospital is just not a health care facility, it is a community of like minded souls who are dedicated to providing every patient with the highest level of care and the most positive outcome for their longterm success. I recommend Baptist Hospital most strongly and with no reservations. I am living proof of the incredible work being done in this facility. Pensacola is lucky to have a hospital of such high standards in our community.

Kayla McNatt SSH has been such a blessing to our family. Three weeks of inpatient treatment and my dad, who couldn’t even hold his head up on his own, is walking and getting around now! The nursing staff, therapists, cafeteria staff, case managers, and everyone else have been absolutely amazing. They have all shown kindness, compassion, and care for my father in his greatest time of need. THANK YOU, will never be enough to show our gratitude.

Everyone from the receptionist that squeezed my daughter in for her appointment after a mistake by the 9th Avenue office about my daughters pediatrician changing locations to the nurse and doctor who also arranged for her to be seen. Patrick Miller Hi, I want to share my experience of Dr. Waheed at West Florida Hospital . Dr.waheed saved my my life June 27th 2024 . Had a heart attack and Dr.Waheed and his staff was a miracle to have working on me.. Dr and his staff went out there way for any needs I had. I love west Florida hospital is was the very best . Shout outs to Dr.Waheed, perdido bay E.R. STAFF and doctor, life flight emts , nurses johnny, Tina and especially Justin . There are more but I cant remember the names.
