She is so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful, and she gives ample and quality time to her patients, and she makes sure your health issue and concern will get addressed and you get taking care of what you need right away. David I’m incredibly thankful for this clinic. I have had all kinds of long ignored ailments seen. They seen me for free based on my income. I’ve even had surgery in this clinic and for free. I am always so nice when I go in as everyone there is a volunteer. They also have a pharmacy on site for many meds. Again, I’m just extremely happy someone referred me here. As long as I am within income guidelines I will go here.

Theresa Mireles Everything was great except Nurse Cindy had smart ugly comment a couple different times and then Brutally removed my grandson‘s IV tape and IV to the point it made him cry. There was no reason she treated him like that I was shocked my son was very angry and when we said please be a little more gentle, she had the nerve to say, I’ve been doing this for 30 years and she was so ugly and nasty acting. I think she needs to retire because she is old and miserable.

William Lamore After calling Baptist back I am happy to say that their customer service exceeds all expectations. I had previously had a really bad month followed by a really bad day. I let my mouth get the best of me and because of that they had a let me off the phone. I called them back today to request medical records and I was kindly greeted by Ali. She assured me that no matter what happened they are committed to my care. It is a rare thing to be forgiven for a wrong. It is a whole different level when the people you offended forgive and offer help and care.

Jerome Shannon On January 17, 2025 I was admitted to Baptist Hospital for an aortic aneurysm repair surgery. Following that surgery, I had two brain surgeries on 1/22 and 1/24, and am now receiving radiation therapy and chemotherapy for brain cancer. I can say without a shadow of doubt that Baptist Hospital is a world-class facility dedicated to saving lives and creating the best lives possible for its patients. I was in hospital for ten days and every employee of Baptist made me feel as if my care and my positive outcome was the most important thing to them. The level and quality of care I experienced is absolutely second to none. As I continue my care as an out-patient I am even more impressed with Baptist Hospital and the level of care provided by its employees. Baptist Hospital is just not a health care facility, it is a community of like minded souls who are dedicated to providing every patient with the highest level of care and the most positive outcome for their longterm success. I recommend Baptist Hospital most strongly and with no reservations. I am living proof of the incredible work being done in this facility. Pensacola is lucky to have a hospital of such high standards in our community.

Jackie Rogers Danielle is very professional yet takes a personal interest you. She is very thorough & knowledgeable. She always allows the time to for questions & concerns & I have never felt rushed or that she needed to hurry, which in truth she probably is. Very satisfied patient.

Britt The wait is sometimes long depending on what time and day you come. As far as the people who are at the front window, people saying theyre rude, they do deal with a lot of people. Theres only 2 who work up front. Yes they need more. The 2 ladys who work up front are nice and helpful, theres times they have their days but again its only the 2 of them with lots of people. So I do like the staff and the place, you just have to deal with it. If you dont like it then you could go to the fairfield office which they take forever to get to you! Your choice though. I prefer palafox location though.

Tonya Gentry Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.
