Marsette Giusto I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. They donā€™t just treat you, they actually Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones. This group is top notch and first class! Mike Giusto

NCH Baker Campus
Deborah Mullins My husband was there on numerous occasions a few years back during his battle with cancer. During one visit in the middle of the night he partially pulled out a vent tube. A nurse named Bill heard him and talked him through reinserting it. My husband said Bill saved his life with his calm kindness and knowledge. My husband has since passed but he never stopped talking about his angel nurse Bill.

NCH Orthopedics
Bonnie Rushing I have only seen Dr Dounchis. He is very good. My issue is with the staff. It is virtually impossible to get any response to a call for help. I recently needed help (really needed it) for an injury for which I saw Dounchis just before he left for holiday. The doctor taking his call did not return my call, Dounchisā€™ nurse did not return call, staff did not return my call. I left message for all three, with no help forthcoming. I had to go to Millenium walk-in clinic to be seen. The surgeons may be good, but if a patient cannot get the office to call when he/she has genuine issue, it does not do the patient much good.

Patty Polster My therapist, Laura, was very good. She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didnt have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. Period the office was extremely helpful to me to accommodate my schedule.And sometimes I had to make a change in appointments.And they worked with me to make that happen.So I appreciated everything that they did for me.Thanks for the opportunity to give them a big a plus by

Becky Palmer Although my primary doctor has changed a few times , Iā€™ve been w/ this same medical group for a very long time. The staff that I have dealt w/ all these years continues to LISTEN w/ compassion, provides excellent referrals when needed. And I receive timely responses when I ask a question through the patient portal. Even though they moved their offices further away from my home, I did not hesitate to stay w/ this group.
