Patty Polster My therapist, Laura, was very good. She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didnt have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. Period the office was extremely helpful to me to accommodate my schedule.And sometimes I had to make a change in appointments.And they worked with me to make that happen.So I appreciated everything that they did for me.Thanks for the opportunity to give them a big a plus by

Victoria Mink We had a great experience at this hospital. We got admitted fast and the doctor did all the necessary tests to give my husband a proper diagnosis. The admission nurse was a bit rude, but overall we give this hospital a solid 5 star.

Bart I was admitted through the ER and I dont even have the words to express just how impressed I was with the staff here. They were clearly well trained and knowledgeable. They were efficient, yet thorough. The triage team was amazing. They anticipated each others moves and they were able to get me taken care of quickly. Every test has been explained before it was performed. The hospitalist and specialists worked together and were in close contact. They were able to provide my meds (which is a surprise since its a specialty medication and quite expensive). I was expecting to share a room with an elderly combative patient, but I didnt. I was given a single room and it was like a suite in a hotel. I was just blown away. I have a medical background and I catch mistakes, but the performance here has been second to none. The food isnt that great, but its edible and I e had worse. Any time I needed anything nurses and techs were right on it. They gave me clear instructions for using everything in the room (TV, phone, call button). They gave me an abundance of pillows and blankets. I have really been through the ringer the last couple days. I got to experience my second LP. I didnt even feel it. Not at all. Im not even sore from it. Ive been in many different healthcare settings and this is by far one of the top hospitals Ive been to. My nurses have helped keep my spirits up. Its really a pleasant experience for unpleasant times. If I ever have to get admitted to a hospital again, this will be my first choice. Id also like to say Ive seen this place at its worse during COVID. Its been a completely different experience. When I was first here I walked out after waiting 19 hours with no food stuck in a chair in the hallway. Its really great to see that things have slowed down a bit for them. Im going to tell my friends to come here. Theyve earned my trust and thats a hard thing to do, I dont generally trust doctors or hospitals because of my background and what I witness at places. People make mistakes, ppl fall through the cracks. Im really happy I made the decision to choose Gulf Coast. Theyve made a difficult time a lot easier to handle. You dont get that often.

Marissa Where do I start! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always take care of our child. The facilities are clean & welcoming. We never felt rushed and the physicians are there to answer our questions. We need a million more of these type facilities and people in healthcare. if you need after hours care for your babies this place is wonderful.

Shelly Rogers Took my daughter to Dr. Ullah, she and her staff were amazing! I got in quick, she was thorough, and both were super helpful and nice! I will definitely be coming back to get my eyes checked by them!

Charlene Moore I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My Jsph I have to say, this office Naples and Sante Plus people are very nice. I was there on September 27th for the very first time. I saw the big manager, amazing since of humor, what a pleasant lady driving from Palm Beach county to serve the patients thatssomething. I think thats very, very nice it shows that she cares for the patients. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Sante!
