1 /5 Michelle Pearson: I’ve been a patient here since 2013 and have never waited an hour for a routine checkup. Poor time management but could hear all the nurse’s having a good time laughing and cutting up. You tell us to be on time or a little early but I guess our time is not valuable and can be seated in a room for an hour past our appointment time. DO BETTER

5 /5 Tom Notnow: Everyone so professional and yet very nice, from getting registered with Denise to being escorted to exam room you feel confident that your care will be the very best. Then the doctor comes in and listens to your concerns followed by just the right questions. Now you know things are going to get better. You feel like you are in good hands. Trust me you are. Im so glad I was able to get an appointment here.

4 /5 Jessica Shaw: Update 9/2022: I will say that I was seen by the physician the last few appointments and he has been excellent! He has listened to all my concerns and was very through with my testing to find out what was wrong and the appropriate treatment plan. I am very happy with my cardiologist there and the staff. Original: I feel like because I am a younger woman than they are used to seeing, I was completely disregarded and basically told Im young without hearing my concerns. My test were ordered after I repeated that this isnt normal for me. I cannot switch doctors right now due to nowhere else having openings, but I will definitely not recommend anyone under the age of 50 to go there wanting to be listened to about their concerns of their own well being.

1 /5 Randy McGilberry: Checked in and waited about 10-15 minutes. Tech came and got me and weighed me. Walked me to a room. She then checked my blood pressure and then ran an electrocardiography on me. Asked me to sit in my chair. She told me my heart rate was 59 and then told me the doctor would be in momentarily. That was about 11:45. At 12:20 I opened my door and asked a nurse if Doctor Sen forgot me. She called him a a couple of minutes later he came in. We discussed how I felt and if I had any soreness in my chest or felt any additional palpating. I responded no. He said I was having some minor extra beat every now and again as indicated on the printout. I took a photo of it. He the told me he might run a stress test on and then mentioned a me having an ultrasound and I told him I had that done. He went to his office to verify it and came back to confirm that I did. He then suggested he set up an echocardiogram (surgical procedure) to check for blockage. I again reminded him that I had already done that. He went to his office to verify it and came back to confirm I was right. We talked a couple of minutes and he scheduled me for a six month checkup. He was not prepared to see me, did not review my records and was having to be told by me of the events of my case. This is not what I expect to happen with my doctor in my visit. I was not very impressed with his current knowledge which led me to believe I was forgotten about. I cannot rate this visit well at all
