Alyssa Matthews I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I told these people that I have temporal lobe epilepsy and had not been getting the nutrients my body needs because of the intestinal issues that they found over a month ago and gastro still hadnt gotten back with me to get me in... I told them I needed nutrition because without it I would start seizing.... they left me sitting for 5 hours while everyone else was treated. Eventually I started seeing things that werent there because left temporal lobe seizures cause hallucinations... they kicked me out... for an epileptic rage they caused by refusing to help. I could have sat alone in my house and died of seizures... they never gave us the results of my blood tests, people took blood without gloves and no marked vials.. they even told me that they did not have a patient advocate when I asked for one after 5 hours of sitting without fluids, or nutrition bags while I watched them do the exact thing for everyone else. In the shared room we were packed into. This was a horrendous way to be treated by medical staff who should be training in left temporal lobe seizures... but clearly they cant do that. Do not go here. Oh and Im contacting a lawyer. What they did to me was illegal and they are now charging my insurance for nothing.

Lindsy McMillan I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from HCA Florida West Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease. The doctors were highly skilled and genuinely concerned about my well-being, and the nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. This hospital truly stands out for its exceptional quality of care and compassionate atmosphere; I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Theresa Mireles Everything was great except Nurse Cindy had smart ugly comment a couple different times and then Brutally removed my grandson‘s IV tape and IV to the point it made him cry. There was no reason she treated him like that I was shocked my son was very angry and when we said please be a little more gentle, she had the nerve to say, I’ve been doing this for 30 years and she was so ugly and nasty acting. I think she needs to retire because she is old and miserable.

Andrew Hobbs Everyone here is wonderful & they truly care about the patient! I never have to wait very long for my appointment & I get plenty of time with my provider. A friend recommended them to me & I recommend this facility to others. Theyre also very fast with outside referrals & messaging on the portal.

Susan Holmes Ive been a patient with this practice for quite awhile and I appreciate the care, and honesty, I receive from Ms Angle and the care team! They know their patients and they care about their health! I continue going because I need honest accountability, and encouragement, so I dont return to my 354 lbs! I didnt have the surgery; I wanted to try and do it myself with GODS GRACE and this practice and help! After 8 major operations since "2024" I have been encouraged and directed when I need to rest! Ms. Angle actually discovered I had health issues I wasnt aware of; thanks to my morbid obesity! A thorough exam and a scan and MRI detected cervical and lumbar issues that required attention! You never know whats going on with your own body and if you have concerns then come here! You get care and respect...now...send me questionnaires about other practices in my medical records... I could give you some interesting information..BTW...let Neurosurgery know, after 3 contacts with them, I never got that referral! Send me a questionnaire about them... Id love to explain why Baptist Hospital will be the hospital I choose to have my next cervical/lumbar surgery!

Britt The wait is sometimes long depending on what time and day you come. As far as the people who are at the front window, people saying theyre rude, they do deal with a lot of people. Theres only 2 who work up front. Yes they need more. The 2 ladys who work up front are nice and helpful, theres times they have their days but again its only the 2 of them with lots of people. So I do like the staff and the place, you just have to deal with it. If you dont like it then you could go to the fairfield office which they take forever to get to you! Your choice though. I prefer palafox location though.

Jim Walters I have Congestive Heart Failure and Orthostatic Hypotension. Went to lab last month for routine blood tests. Lab staff was excellent and friendly. I collapsed to the floor on leaving the restroom and could not get up. Several staff came and helped me up and into a chair to help me recover. One of the desk clerks monitored me until I was able to get up but she quickly obtained a wheelchair as I began to wobble. She wheeled me out to my car after a while (told her I was OK to drive ) and made sure I was OK. Thank you to excellent lab team!

vanessa brennan Dr Stockamp was very compassionate about my pain, went over pros and cons of having surgery, vs alternative options. He suggested for me to do surgery, and I was in full agreement. His staff was also very kind and caring during the process. I would recommend him to anyone who has surgical needs. I am just very thankful for him and his staff. I was in severe pain before seeing him, and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend him.
