Andrew Hobbs Everyone here is wonderful & they truly care about the patient! I never have to wait very long for my appointment & I get plenty of time with my provider. A friend recommended them to me & I recommend this facility to others. Theyre also very fast with outside referrals & messaging on the portal.

Lisa Butler Alison Ray is a great primary care nurse practitioner. She listened to me and gave thoughtful and non judgmental feedback. I came in surly because the parking lot of the facility is under construction and the complex enormous so getting where you need to be isn’t easy. By the time my appointment was over I was calm and in a much better mood.

Mariann Demasi-Papazian Check in was a breeze with friendly helpful staff. Nursing staff were pleasant, patient and efficient. Dr. Bailey was awesome. She listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one of them with knowledge and compassion.

Savannah Shaw Absolutely LOVE this practice. Just had my new patient appointment, and I get in and I get a warm welcome. I sit down and they give my partner and I a HEATER because it’s cold. The MA and PA were so sweet and understanding. They genuinely cared! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Tonya Gentry Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.

Elizabeth Rachelle Dr. Moore, his staff, and WFH were fantastic! Once I got the referral from my primary doctor I was seen at Dr Moores office a week later and scheduled for surgery 4 days later. The morning of surgery I was super nervous! It may have been a small procedure but it was my first so my nerves were on edge! The staff were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and took a couple minutes to calm me down. Everyone genuinely treated me like they cared I was their patient. Dr. Moore came in the morning of surgery to go over everything one last time. He was very friendly yet confident it was going to be a good morning. He even laughed at some of my corny jokes which made me feel a lot better about the procedure. I am 4 days post-op now and healing well. The scars look great and the pain is manageable! I would highly recommend doctor more, his staff, and West Florida Hospital to anyone looking to have a surgical procedure done!!!

When the initial specialist was unreachable, she demonstrated initiative by forwarding my orders and x-rays to an alternative specialist, thereby ensuring prompt attention. Theresa Mireles Everything was great except Nurse Cindy had smart ugly comment a couple different times and then Brutally removed my grandson‘s IV tape and IV to the point it made him cry. There was no reason she treated him like that I was shocked my son was very angry and when we said please be a little more gentle, she had the nerve to say, I’ve been doing this for 30 years and she was so ugly and nasty acting. I think she needs to retire because she is old and miserable.

Jackie Rogers Danielle is very professional yet takes a personal interest you. She is very thorough & knowledgeable. She always allows the time to for questions & concerns & I have never felt rushed or that she needed to hurry, which in truth she probably is. Very satisfied patient.
