5 /5 Jim Walters: I have Congestive Heart Failure and Orthostatic Hypotension. Went to lab last month for routine blood tests. Lab staff was excellent and friendly.
I collapsed to the floor on leaving the restroom and could not get up.
Several staff came and helped me up and into a chair to help me recover. One of the desk clerks monitored me until I was able to get up but she quickly obtained a wheelchair as I began to wobble.
She wheeled me out to my car after a while (told her I was OK to drive ) and made sure I was OK.
