1 /5 Sierra Carter: This hospital SUCKS. I went in with bad ear pain & hearing loss, they flushed my ear with water & made it worse. The pain increased & became unbearable. I sat there for 2 hours in pain, so I had to leave & go somewhere else. As I was leaving, they basically laughed in my face because I didn’t want my paperwork. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

5 /5 Jim Walters: I have Congestive Heart Failure and Orthostatic Hypotension. Went to lab last month for routine blood tests. Lab staff was excellent and friendly. I collapsed to the floor on leaving the restroom and could not get up. Several staff came and helped me up and into a chair to help me recover. One of the desk clerks monitored me until I was able to get up but she quickly obtained a wheelchair as I began to wobble. She wheeled me out to my car after a while (told her I was OK to drive ) and made sure I was OK. Thank you to excellent lab team!

1 /5 Lisa H.: I had a 3D mammogram on Thursday afternoon and by bedtime I felt like an elephant had stepped on my chest. The next morning, I called four different telephone numbers to report this, talked to two people and had to leave a voicemail message. Nobody returned my call. I’ve had mammograms at several other facilities and never had any problems. I do not recommend the Women’s Imaging facility at Baptist Medical Park Nine Mile Rd.

1 /5 James M: To say this is a horrible system just to get blood is a compliment. What a disrespectful and uncaring process for people to go through. It’s so poorly managed, no hospital administrator would want their family to go through this process. You wait in line to say you’re here and lied to about it’s going to be 45 minutes to get in. You then wait again to get called to register which took 35 minutes. Then of course you sit back down and wait over an hour and 45 minutes to get called back for your specific test, ours was bloodwork and a urinalysis. It’s pathetic to have elderly people with health issues in no condition to be waiting nealry 2 hours when you come ready to use the bathroom for a test and get simple bloodwork. The checkin person needs to stop lying about a 45 minute wait, took nearly 2 hours for something that should take 15 minutes. Pathetically managed, we will never return to this place.

2 /5 Autumn Hall: Not the best place to go for urgent care. Nurse called me back and was seemingly annoyed that I had my significant other accompany me. Rushed through vitals and necessary swabs (cold/flu like symptoms). Dr. Morrison was horrid—came in and said “what made you say I NEED to come in today” and as I began telling him he cut me off and began tapping my forehead and sinus area VERY roughly and asked if I had any pain. (yeah, you just roughly tapped my face all over when I’m super congested). I went to the restroom while waiting for results from swabs, and then my significant other informs me that the doctor just popped his head in and told him what the verdict was. Not a personable provider and seemed very rushed.
