Marilyn Johnson Awesome doctor and staff. Have had Dr Reams as my doctor several years and he has always been thorough, and really cares about the patient and what they are experiencing. Most of all, he never rushes through his time with you and always has much compassion for his patients. Very knowledgeable doctor, so his assessment and opinion are always can be relied upon, giving the opportunity to his patients that they are receiving the best care possible. His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.

Savannah Gibson Dr. Caspary has been great and very caring. Ive had trouble with my ears for YEARS with no real help. He identified the problem right away and we are now working towards surgery. Thank goodness! He is very nice and helpful! Thank you Dr. Caspary!

Brenda I just spent 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab. When I came home I needed many things. Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.

Ashley Nicole I traveled from Texas and my son so happen to get sick on our vacation. Setting the appointment was a breeze. I came to the office, they were very quick to check us in and was called back less than 5 mins. My son was seen immediately and knew exactly what he suffers from and treated him appropriately. The staff was very nice and kind. If Im ever back in Florida, this will be my go to place!

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Karen Robertson We had to have my Mom (90 years old) taken by ambulance due to a serious stroke. The ER staff took good care of her and us, providing as much information as they could as soon as they could. Once they were able to get her in the ICU, that staff took over and also took excellent care of all of us. We especially appreciated the communication provided by the lead Dr. in the ICU. (Im sorry I dont remember her name.) Once it became clear that my Mom would never be able to walk, eat or swallow on her own again, we asked her if she wanted to go to Hospice. (She had always made it clear that she would not want to live a life with so many limitations.) When she said yes thats what she wanted, the ICU night nurse (DJ), immediately contacted the lead doctor and they made arrangements to put her on "comfort care" until Hospice was available. During the 30? minute wait for medication change orders, we were able to tell our mother how very much we loved her and she was able to communicate the same to us. The staff was so respectful of her choice and our support of her choice. They made a very hard time as easy as possible and we are grateful for their care! My mom was able to pass comfortably in her sleep the next day. Again, the staff allowed us time to grieve in the room with her and even brought a bereavement cart with tea, coffee and cookies.

Renee C I was very impressed when I walked in the door.. The receptionists were very kind and professional…. The waiting area was very clean. I was referred to Dr. Dec for pain management. He was very professional and kind. He took time and explained everything to me. When I went back for the epidural he explained as he was performing the procedure I got a little anxious and he calmed me down. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of pain management. His nurse is really Awesome as well! She is very kind and understanding. They are both Great and Awesome people! They both get. 5 stars from me! Thank you both so much for what you do!

Jeff Hollis Dr Ramos is a fantastic doctor. I have been a patient for four years. He is understanding and easy to talk to. He listens well and answers all questions in an easily understandable way. He certainly does a through exam and goes over everything in detail. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Bonita Loman Dr Christopher Johnson is the best! I’m having surgery and he explains everything, not like most doctors these days. While was having test for my surgery, my husband had emergency at Bay MC, and his surgeon was none other then Dr Christopher Johnson. We are lucky to have a surgeon like him! I’d recommend him to anyone having surgery. What ever you do , don’t have surgery at Gulf Coast, that’s the worst hospital around.
