Brenda I just spent 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab. When I came home I needed many things. Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.

Steve Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.

Nancy Gill I am 74 and have had pain & inflammation due to patella dislocation since my 20s. A replacement was recommended. I had immediate relief, no more sharp, stabbing pain. I will have my other knee done. Dr Farrah really cares and spends as much time as I wanted. His staff is professional & efficient & compassionate & well trained. Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.
