daritey alicia (ali) The doctors the nurse and the surgeons of phenomenal and I do greatly appreciate my housekeeper Miss Brenda on the 4th floor she didnt excellent job and if I asked her about something she also gave me the information it as well we obtained to housekeeping details. Thank you housekeeping for keeping my room sanitized during my stay. Thank you to my nurses for helping me to feel comfortable and allow me to make sure that I can do what I need to once I get home. Thank you to my surgeon for taking up on me as often as you did and to make sure that I was going to be good to go once I got home. I know I work here I have seen some amazing team work. As long as the team work is happening it will always be a smooth shift. Thank yaw so much..miss yaw

Robert Carroll We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

Heather Jeter Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

The office itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. One of the biggest conveniences is the ability to get lab work and other tests done on-site the same day, saving both time and effort. Dr. Shaaban is an excellent listener who takes the time to understand my concerns and works with me to find the most cost-effective, overall best treatment plan for my health. Additionally, the office’s software makes accessing my records incredibly easy, which is a huge plus. Overall, I appreciate the high level of care and convenience this practice provides.”

Roseanna Grimsley We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

tina moody Dr. Patel is amazing. He is supportive and he is very knowledgeable. His office staff is always friendly. The office is very clean and comfortable.
