Nan Leggett The entire staff was amazing, from the ER to the 3rd floor and everyone in between! Thank you nurse Christy and the whole 3rd floor team! I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone made a scary event bearable. Everyone was so pleasant, attentive, caring and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. Even the food was good.

Amber Salinas I delivered my daughter on 6/24 at Shands and I am so grateful that we chose to deliver here. It came highly recommended by friends. I had such a positive birth experience!! My nurses were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Even the recovery rooms are a good size. My L&D nurse, Chelsea, was a great advocate for me and my birth plan. Everyone was genuinely so kind and attentive. They took great care of me and my baby. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you so much for giving me the best experience! I am eternally grateful.

Alan Franck I was very sick. Its the 1st time I admitted myself to the ER as an adult. In about 3 hours, I was discharged and feeling much better. Sitting in the waiting room can be challenging, and being treated seated in the hallway is probably not ideal for patient or provider. But I dont think its fair of me to fault them for that. Given the resources available, they treated me well. Everyone was very kind. So I want to say thank you. From my experience, I am very grateful.

Russell Morrison The staff here are amazing, the rooms are clean, and the resident doctors truly show that they care and know what they are doing. Its a shame that we cant keep our current resident doctor for our son, he is amazing and will be very successful because of his attention to detail and his bedside manner!!

Brandi B Dr. Monsour and Dr. Yale are the best! Ive been to see them with lots of questions and issues, and they take the time to explain their diagnoses and courses of treatment thoroughly. They have accommodated me when I unexpectedly ran late, staying way past quitting time. Ive been very impressed by and happy with the whole UF Health system!

Anthony Allmon Catrina the Nurse made my last two days very happy I got out just yesterday. Super happy to be with my kids now. I would like to thank the nurses, Dr. Kirby and his surgery team, tech and maintenance for keeping a great vibe. The room was always very clean. Nice to see how they do their job with their teams. I just want to say Thank YOU!

Kara Morrison The two women counselors who came to help my family in a very serious situation yesterday were absolutely incredible. They were truly amazing and I am so grateful for them.

Jan Schneider Worth the wait. We were rescheduled twice and it took about 9 mounts to get in but very worth the wait for Parkinson’s. Excellent evaluations by physician, speech, OT and PT. Easy access by car and all services are in the same clean and well kept building.
