Anthony Allmon Catrina the Nurse made my last two days very happy I got out just yesterday. Super happy to be with my kids now. I would like to thank the nurses, Dr. Kirby and his surgery team, tech and maintenance for keeping a great vibe. The room was always very clean. Nice to see how they do their job with their teams. Toni D Select specialty is a top notch care unit. I would give it 10 stars if I ! The Director, Jim, Is kind courteous, and really cares about his patients. He goes over and beyond, taking the time to explain things to our family and helped us through a very difficult time. The doctors are amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Every nurse, cna and aid Was also kind, courteous, and extremely caring. If your loved one goes to this hospital, they are very lucky. The care is the absolute best. G Brown Jr Visiting from Wa State: I came in experiencing flu-like symptoms. Not realizing how dehydrated I was. Got checked into the lobby, sat down for a few minutes and felt as though i was going to throw up. I stood up walked towards the door and somehow ended up blacking out and falling to the floor. When I came to, the doctors, staff had already called 911 amd was assisting me off the ground and was keeping me alert and calm. I just want to say thank you all for helping me and I see why your clinic has great reviews!

Qydru Harper-Brunson Dr.Hood, Nurse Aira, Nurse Laurel in Shands Hospital ER are very kind and compassionate. I was feeling very left out when it came to my own care but they made sure to inform me on everything. Doctor Hood was my admitting doctor and he is very kind and thorough. Nurse Aira was my admitting nurse and she extremely thoughtful, kind, and fast sometimes too fast and that is not to say in a negative way but it can be overwhelming but other than that shes a great nurse. Nurse Laurel is so kind and very sweet, She made sure to feed me and communicated well with the doctors about me being frustrated due to not being informed. Other than that all the other staff and medical professionals seemed great but I didnt have enough interaction with them to actually tell.

Kara Morrison The two women counselors who came to help my family in a very serious situation yesterday were absolutely incredible. They were truly amazing and I am so grateful for them.

Sheri Long Dr Owen is by far the best primary care doc I have had and I’m 63 years old. She listens, she is knowledgeable and I don’t feel like she wants me to do anything that Im not comfortable with. Yet, she does make suggestions. I have a say though as to what I believe I would like to do. Her staff is always pleasant and I have, overall, always had a great experience. Been going to her now for over a year.

Bev jea Neeka Akhaven, MD, is extraordinary. She is the best Doctor at UF HEALTH. She has taken great care of my mother’s health and is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor who cares for her patients, goes the extra mile, and does not give up on them. Highly recommend becoming her patient. I will be forever grateful for her. She is so good that there is a waitlist. IF POSSIBLE, GET ON THAT LIST!
