Rafael Pimentel The meeting with Dr. Trucvy Le was an exceedingly pleasant experience. Her utmost care and attentiveness in asking the pertinent questions enabled her to diagnose my condition accurately. Additionally, her prescription of the necessary medication proved effective. I wholeheartedly commend Dr. Le and firmly believe she stands out as a consummate professional in her field.

Chris EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and theyre closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You dont want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer shell be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. They handled my needs with urgency and ensured that I received the best possible care. The medical staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt reassured throughout the process. In addition to the excellent medical care, the follow-up process was seamless. The staff provided clear instructions for my recovery and made sure I had all the necessary information before I left. They even followed up with a phone call to check on my progress, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Overall, my experience at A&C Urgent Care was outstanding. The combination of prompt service, professional and caring staff, and a clean and welcoming environment made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend A&C Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. annalisa marquez My two year old dislocated her elbow at Disneyland. We came here for treatment. First, no wait at all. More importantly the staff was AMAZING! They were so nice with her, kept her mind off of it, brought her snacks and juice. We’re just the best. 100% would recommend.

Meka Gibson Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.

Justin Rosen Dr. Patel has been my wifes and my Primary Care Physician for the past 10 years. He is excellent. Dr. Patel always finds time to fit us into his busy schedule. His evaluations are thorough and proactive ensuring we stay healthy. We love his new office too.

Robert & Bethany Devlahovich Every visit to Dr. Berry’s office has been an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at the front desk by Diane to the attentive care from nurse Maira (apologies if I misspelling her name), everything is top-notch. Maira is consistently patient, thorough and friendly, making each appointment a positive experience. Now on Dr. Berry- He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Thanks to his care, I no longer dealing with migraines or relying on unnecessary prescriptions from before. I’m grateful for his expertise and dedication!
