5 /5 annalisa marquez: My two year old dislocated her elbow at Disneyland. We came here for treatment. First, no wait at all. More importantly the staff was AMAZING! They were so nice with her, kept her mind off of it, brought her snacks and juice. We’re just the best. 100% would recommend.

2 /5 Wendy Wang: Came here after experiencing increasing dizziness and tingling that just didnt feel right, but as soon as the doctor heard I took cbd for anxiety earlier it felt like he just hooked onto that and started questioning me. I wasnt even done listing every symptom I was feeling when he tried to leave after that. He came back a bit later and questioned how often I use cbd and why I feel anxious if I dont have a specific reason (you cant always pinpoint a reason??). He seemed convinced I was having a bad trip and really made me feel like he was interrogating a drug addict. I dont appreciate defending my medical choices that are therapist and PCP approved to a stranger at 1am when Im feeling so disoriented. But even though the doctor made me feel highly uncomfortable, the 2 nurses were helpful and professional.

1 /5 Liz G: The staff at this hospital have really showed me how evil and cruel and careless people can be. I have never met a worse set of people in my entire life , after being at the hospital for days our dear brother passed away and the security at this facility did nothing but show how cold and evil they are. From watching these security FLIRT and TOUCH nurses while laughing at our grief , to being banned over a WATER BOTTLE and not being allowed to say our last goodbyes to our loved one. This hospital helps no body but themselves and even take it as far as to make up their own rules and take advantage of vulnerable people Led by SECURITY Michael Perez , they toyed with us until they had the satisfaction they wanted , the behavior I witnessed was that of lonely, sad , and miserable insecure grown men acting like moody teenage girls. Please be careful when coming to this hospital

1 /5 Joshua Murphy: Awful service. Ive had to go twice. First time I was in severe pain. They took an ultrasound and said I was fine to go home without explaining what they found when I had questions about it. I got no real treatment for anything. The next day I went to my real doctor and he gave me a completely different and accurate diagnosis. As well as actually explaining what they said I had, which they did not explain even after I asked for an explanation. Second visit I came in for triage and sat in the triage room for an hour and a half until just leaving and going somewhere else to have it handled. I asked the nurse for advice multiple times for how to ease the pain while sitting there waiting and she only replied after I finished paperwork. It was an eye injury btw, so paperwork was extremely hard. If you can make it anywhere else at all go there instead. My dog got better treatment at an animal hospital. They are insane.

5 /5 Jeny Lynn: I was from out of town and my respiratory problems got worse. I came to the ER after not being able to sleep for 3 days. They had me in, taken care of, first round of pills, and out the door in under 90 minutes. They helped me with finding a good 24 hour pharmacy to take my prescription to. They helped me understand what was going on and helped me fast. Thank you! I was worried with all the bad reviews, but they were kind, professional, and fast
