1 /5 Cinthia Torres: If I could give 0 stars I would because this Dr. doesnāt deserve anything anymore. My teenage son had an appt today, as soon as I arrived I was told by front desk to walk to a room, a room that was not cleaned after the previous patient btw. I asked her if I could bring my other kids with me, or if they could wait for me in the lobby, the girl in the reception told me to take them in with me. After 1 hour and some minutes after my appt time, Dr. Rodriguez walked in the room, and started yelling at me for having my other kids in the room, and ordered that they leave the room. I let him know that I had asked at the front desk MA if I was allowed to bring them in with me, and was told yes. He then started yelling saying that he had barely gotten better from covid, and that HE didnāt want to get infected again. I told him that we were all wearing masks, and that my kids all got the Covid vaccine at his office already. He said he didnāt care because he is vaccinated, and he still got sick. He then said that he is not going to get sick again just because of a bunch of Karens that donāt care. I let him know that I also work for healthcare, and his remarks about people, and yelling at us with open doors is unprofessional of him. He didnāt care, and continued telling me, and my kids stuff. He also made my other kids go to a different room in order to even check my son. I never felt so humiliated in my life. Dr. Rodriguez needs to learn how to treat people with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Today he lost 4 patients, including one whom he has seen for 17 years. Iāve taken so much from him and his staff, but enough is enough. My kids felt humiliated as well, and shamed. They even told me that they heard him talking bad about me, and my kids to his staff once he left the room we were in. I work for a primary doctor, and trust me when I tell you that Iāve never heard my boss treat anyone the way we were treated. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, specially children.
