2 /5 Ginger Alice: This hospital did not treat me kindly. This being said they did attempt to treat me for a real medical condition unlike St Francis in Lynwood. I would not come here again but their paperwork will be helpful to my primary care provider.

1 /5 Denis Vaduva: If I could give them zero stars, I would this is the worst hospital in the world. The security in the front popped my tires because I couldn’t move it for 30 seconds because I was holding my daughter. Wow unbelievable I wouldn’t come here even if I knew if I was going to die. The lady at the front office is very unprofessional. Wouldn’t let me leave. Told me I was detained as if she was a police officer, and then stuck up her middle finger. Do not go here.

4 /5 Danielle Chavez: Shocking to see so many negative reviews when my experience wasnt negative at all. I was in the ER for about 2hrs, got checked, given proper meds, a shot, got xrays, and was diagnosed with a sprained ankle and broken finger in 2.5 hours with a few ppl ahead of me and after. People were nice and helpful as much as possible and did the best they could. Were quick and seemed to know what they were doing. It was not dirty. It was not messy. People were not loud or strange no matter the type of people they were. It was late so I know some people were tired. Receptionist didnt say Thank You or Youre Welcome and didnt seem to wanna be there but again, I am assuming it was because it was late. Staff and all were tired I am sure but everyone else seemed to be able to use their manners. But what else can anyone do at an ER?

1 /5 D R: This is the worse emergency room you can find. Even if you feel like you are going to die please stay far away from Anaheim regional. Way better options available than this place. They will treat you like a drug addict. The nurses can’t even put in needles without getting blood all over your clothes and dripping on the ground. They treated my wife for something that wasn’t even close to the problem. They have no idea how to diagnose like I said they will think it’s drugs, they must deal with it a lot. Though in the end the have code of ethics which I didn’t see followed at all. I believe they took out their anger for me on my wife who was the actual patient. The nurse that put the needle had to have purposely messed up her arm and made her bleed for something that is so simple. After two times going there this being the second they still didn’t know what it was and prescribed her stuff that in the words of the UCI doctor that we went to said that those pill won’t even work for what’s wrong they will not help you throw them away. The UCI doctor literally took away all her pain and the constant throwing up with a simple shot. Prescribed her what she needed she needed and has been totally fine since. After we left Anaheim regional and 1 day after taking what that doctor prescribed we ended calling an ambulance she got so bad they actually made her worse with what they prescribed. She was so much better literally back to herself within 5 min at UCI emergency than she was in like the 12 hours she spent at Anaheim regional emergency. I got kicked out because I told the doctor he had no fckn idea what he was talking about and all he knows how to do is prescribe. Well I was wrong according to the UCI doctor he can’t even prescribe the right pills. Also the UCI nurse was shown picture of what the other “nurse” did to her arm when putting the needle and the UCI nurse said, was she knew? how’d that happen. The look on her face was disgust she was clueless to how that could happen unless that “nurse” was new and even new that was still unacceptable. The best thing is we have pictures as well as all the paperwork from both hospitals a line of evidence that these people are not what they are licensed to do. One doctor 5 min problem taken care of . Another “dactor” 12 hrs and made worse. It really matters where you go and I would stay far away from Anaheim regional. It’s also very dirty and nasty the “nurse that made my wife bleed didn’t even clean the blood that dropped into a pool on the ground she left it walked out the room. Another nurse cam to my wife out the room for ultra sound or something brought her back opens the door first noticed it was on the ground didn’t let my wife in the room until she cleaned it then let her in.

5 /5 Meka Gibson: Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.
