Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. 5 /5 Kevin Ohern: DR Barnes is excellent acuputure specialist and has very good capping skills, hey haved helped with my back injury. I was unable to turn my neck without pain, but after treatment I have improved greatly.

1 /5 rnrsuperstar: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Avoid all these offices , If you want to be disrespected , talked to aggressively and very rude. Find a real doctors office. You won’t see an actual doctor. They will only talk to you over the phone. Because they are too important to see you in person . Instead you will get a student or worse a NON LICENSED PA Not even a nurse . So this place basically does not care about treating injuries, but they will do what ever the insurance company wants them to say. If your hurt they will try and say your not hurt , and SIDE with the insurance company. This place is a medical scam dream. Getting paid by the state or insurance, without actually trying to heal the injuries. Do yourself a favor avoid this scam health clinic, and go to a hospital with real doctors and nurses. Do you trust your health care needs to this strip mall clinic ? Beware
