Andres Monjaraz Horrible service, doctor DID NOT even check me. Just asked questions and said he would give me medication. It’s been 3 days, I am still in pain and they have yet to put the request into the pharmacy. Do NOT come to this place.

Adam Lang This is the second time weve used this Urgent Care. Both times we had very good experiences. Wait times were not bad. The front desk and the Doctors and nurses were great. Very friendly. The facility was clean. And , today they were showing Tangled while I waited.

Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. They handled my needs with urgency and ensured that I received the best possible care. The medical staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt reassured throughout the process. In addition to the excellent medical care, the follow-up process was seamless. The staff provided clear instructions for my recovery and made sure I had all the necessary information before I left. Michelle V I love Dr. Munozs office! The doctors the have on staff are very informative and helpful. I love that they are bilingual too! My son was seen on time and the older woman in the front desk was so nice and helpful addressing my insurance. Great family owned practice.

#PrincessK_A_Y ! Dr.Nguyen has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is absolutely amazing! We love him. He takes such good care of our health. He takes his time to look at our issues and clearly helps us understand everything. He provides quality time and always makes sure we have our questions heard. He makes sure to give me referrals right away. Regarding health, he takes steps right away to take action in order to protect our health and well being. My dad had a brain stroke, and I made appointment with him, and he read every detail from the hospital report and explained everything to us. He took fabulous care of my dad and his health. Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

A McQ Great staff in office, seen quickly, and Dr. Simon is knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended!
