Patricia R Utley Weve been to this ER on several occasions over the past 10 years and every time the staff and services have been outstanding. The staff is responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. They communicated what was going on gave clear instructions.

Paul He’s the best Primary care physician I’ve ever had. My case was complicated when I first came to him, I had just come out of my third heart surgery with several complications and he treated me for everything. He ran a battery of tests and recommended me to the best specialists. Dr be is very thorough and pays extreme attention to detail, I’ve never seen a doctor care so much. I highly recommended him to anyone.

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

annalisa marquez My two year old dislocated her elbow at Disneyland. We came here for treatment. First, no wait at all. More importantly the staff was AMAZING! They were so nice with her, kept her mind off of it, brought her snacks and juice. We’re just the best. 100% would recommend.

Gdog Rocks The physician assistants have a wonderful demeanor when taking care of patients and are very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Amin is very pleasant and positive as well. But we waited for over an hour in the room and we were only there to get the results of my brothers procedure. Once they discovered that they forgot we were waiting for the doctor to come in and speak to my brother, they finally walked in. By the way, the first assistant who took my brothers weight and blood pressure is a beautiful girl. Wonderful way with patients and very efficient. Would love to know her name. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

Heidi Yrigoyen Always quick efficient and clean seriously the only urgent care Ill go to. Always super helpful friendly and knowledgeable, I dont like any other urgent care as much as this one in orange county. Never a long wait either!

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Robert & Bethany Devlahovich Every visit to Dr. Berry’s office has been an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at the front desk by Diane to the attentive care from nurse Maira (apologies if I misspelling her name), everything is top-notch. Maira is consistently patient, thorough and friendly, making each appointment a positive experience. Now on Dr. Berry- He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Thanks to his care, I no longer dealing with migraines or relying on unnecessary prescriptions from before. I’m grateful for his expertise and dedication!

Chris EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and theyre closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You dont want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer shell be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.

josh alonso I was so fortunate to find Dr. Melissa Gutierrez last year. Good Drs are really hard to find these days but shes an amazing one. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks for ways to help you and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number on her books. Every interaction Ive had with her and her team has been a very pleasant one and they have all made me feel good after each visit. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez!
