Siloam Won My dad stayed at this facility for 4 days to treat fractured femoral neck. Every staff member was doing their best to provide necessary treatment, fulfill his needs, and transfer him to a nursing facility after the discharge. Also, they have been very helpful, answered all questions, and followed up on requests whenever I reached out. My dad mentioned that he did not want to leave because he was so satisfied with the service every step of the way. Thank you West Anaheim Medical Center and all staffs who took care of my dad. Our family could not have asked for more and grateful for your exceptional care.

Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. They handled my needs with urgency and ensured that I received the best possible care. The medical staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt reassured throughout the process. In addition to the excellent medical care, the follow-up process was seamless. The staff provided clear instructions for my recovery and made sure I had all the necessary information before I left. They even followed up with a phone call to check on my progress, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Overall, my experience at A&C Urgent Care was outstanding. The combination of prompt service, professional and caring staff, and a clean and welcoming environment made a stressful situation much more manageable. Joanne Andrade Dr. Jones is excellent, and I come from a medical family so I’m picky. She is kind, thorough and makes her patients feel seen, not just another appt checked off. Unfortunately I found out she is no longer at Chest & Critical Care Clinic as of March 2025. I need to find her!

Calvin Sung MD MBA hands down the best primary care doctor I have had in my life. He really cares about his patients beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients whether it is a long personal visit to make sure every question I had is addressed or urgent appointments for my parents who are senior medicare patients, Dr. Singh goes above and beyond to make himself available.

annalisa marquez My two year old dislocated her elbow at Disneyland. We came here for treatment. First, no wait at all. More importantly the staff was AMAZING! They were so nice with her, kept her mind off of it, brought her snacks and juice. We’re just the best. 100% would recommend.

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community.
