He takes his time to look at our issues and clearly helps us understand everything. He provides quality time and always makes sure we have our questions heard. He makes sure to give me referrals right away. Regarding health, he takes steps right away to take action in order to protect our health and well being. My dad had a brain stroke, and I made appointment with him, and he read every detail from the hospital report and explained everything to us. He took fabulous care of my dad and his health. Despite it being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor promptly, which was a huge relief given my urgent medical needs. The efficiency with which the staff handled everything was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly professional and helpful, quickly processing my information and ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. When it was time to see the doctor, I was escorted to a private room where I was met with the same level of professionalism and care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, and provided a clear and concise explanation of my condition and the necessary treatment. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The entire team at A&C Urgent Care demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion. They handled my needs with urgency and ensured that I received the best possible care. The medical staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt reassured throughout the process. In addition to the excellent medical care, the follow-up process was seamless. The staff provided clear instructions for my recovery and made sure I had all the necessary information before I left. Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community. josh alonso I was so fortunate to find Dr. Melissa Gutierrez last year. Good Drs are really hard to find these days but shes an amazing one. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks for ways to help you and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number on her books. Every interaction Ive had with her and her team has been a very pleasant one and they have all made me feel good after each visit. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez!

David B I had my child’s appointment at 1:45pm it’s almost 4pm and we still don’t see the Dr. when I call no one answers it’s ridiculous

Paul R From entering into the er to the hospital to discharge everyone was very helpful and clearly explained everything to me as I went through the process, which really made me feel safe and cared for. All the doctors, techs, nurses, house cleaning, food, everyone was super kind and helpful. Thank you so much for taking great care of me big smiles! Oh I forgot to mention everything was nice and clean too.

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Adam Lang This is the second time weve used this Urgent Care. Both times we had very good experiences. Wait times were not bad. The front desk and the Doctors and nurses were great. Very friendly. The facility was clean. And , today they were showing Tangled while I waited.

Gdog Rocks The physician assistants have a wonderful demeanor when taking care of patients and are very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Amin is very pleasant and positive as well. But we waited for over an hour in the room and we were only there to get the results of my brothers procedure. Once they discovered that they forgot we were waiting for the doctor to come in and speak to my brother, they finally walked in. By the way, the first assistant who took my brothers weight and blood pressure is a beautiful girl. Wonderful way with patients and very efficient. Would love to know her name. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

Fabiola Aguilera I really like the doctor, he took care of all my problems, he listened and took the time to explained everything to me. I love the point that I don’t have to make another appointment to other issues. I felt that he really cared about his patients.
