Heidi Yrigoyen Always quick efficient and clean seriously the only urgent care Ill go to. Always super helpful friendly and knowledgeable, I dont like any other urgent care as much as this one in orange county. Never a long wait either!

He takes his time to look at our issues and clearly helps us understand everything. He provides quality time and always makes sure we have our questions heard. He makes sure to give me referrals right away. Regarding health, he takes steps right away to take action in order to protect our health and well being. My dad had a brain stroke, and I made appointment with him, and he read every detail from the hospital report and explained everything to us. He took fabulous care of my dad and his health. Gdog Rocks The physician assistants have a wonderful demeanor when taking care of patients and are very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Amin is very pleasant and positive as well. But we waited for over an hour in the room and we were only there to get the results of my brothers procedure. Once they discovered that they forgot we were waiting for the doctor to come in and speak to my brother, they finally walked in. By the way, the first assistant who took my brothers weight and blood pressure is a beautiful girl. Wonderful way with patients and very efficient. Would love to know her name. Shes absolutely gorgeous.

vondetour Mohammad H. Faysal M.D. has to be the worse doctor in California, half the time when I call I rear the no one is available to take your call. The when I can get someone I get an appointment for 2-3 weeks away.

josh alonso I was so fortunate to find Dr. Melissa Gutierrez last year. Good Drs are really hard to find these days but shes an amazing one. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks for ways to help you and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number on her books. Every interaction Ive had with her and her team has been a very pleasant one and they have all made me feel good after each visit. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez!

Meka Gibson Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.

Robert Lee From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!
