Monica Service is just excellent! Went in for a car diagnostic and they were able to troubleshoot what areas needed work in thoroughly. Gentlemen in the front desk had fantastic service, was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining car issues to my partner and I. They provided photos and notes on areas of improvement of the car, provided actions steps on what to do to resolve my car issue, also referred trusted shops to take my car to and, due to my busy schedule, even found a space to leave my car overnight to pick up the next morning. Was going to take my car to Midas but am so glad I found this place instead, prices are reasonable and doesn’t charge an arm and leg!

Ralph I took my Chevy Cruze to Frank because it was having a miss. He knew what was wrong with it even before doing the diagnostics on it. He was able to get me back on the road quickly and at a great price. Frank put me at ease right off the bat and was straight forward and honest. Ive found my new regular mechanic. Thanks Frank.

Jean Gerow We had a van breakdown during a recent vacation. Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and service was quick. They even stayed late to get us back on the road! The facility is clean and comfortable: a huge positive. The business is family owned and operated and this made the difference. I would recommend them to anyone. If we ever have a breakdown in or near Fresno, Id definitely go back! A shout out to Isaiah - he was wonderful. :)

Barrera Guadalupe (Hugehefner71) They changed my timing belt, put a new main rear seal and they did it fast and efficiently. They even cleaned up my motor Im very satisfied with their work. I totally recommend if you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced mechanic shop go to them.

BastingPig Rich is an honest guy he knows his stuff. He provides a thorough explanation of your car problems and offers detailed guidance on how to resolve them. They consistently go the extra mile, and I truly appreciate all their efforts. He even showed when he got the parts and installed and kept me updated trustworthy guy. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them youll be in excellent hands just like me. Got my car fixed as soon as possible Thank you! Overall amazing customer service and reliable people.

Aaron Amaral EXCELLENT REPAIR SHOP!!! I have 4 cars and have had the following repairs done: gas pump install, head gasket replacement, suspension parts replaced on a 4x4 and a Cadillac, dash control pannels replaced, transmissions flushed, driveline work on a 4x4, cooling system repairs including radiators, thermostats, and hoses, brakes jobs, harmonic balancer replacement, starter install, interior pannel replacement, shocks, window motor, diffirential fluid changes, wheel bearings, and more Ive thrown some confounding problems at this shop such as electrical issues where other mechanics will give up, Jim at Van Ness gets to the bottom of whats going on. He takes the time to explain whats wrong and will show you the issue. His prices are very fair and Ive never had to take a repair back to be redone. I cant say enough good about this shop. Had another shop pay him to fix their mistakes..... thats how i found Van Ness Auto. The mechanics really know what theyre talking about and eventhough they are always busy, theyll make the effort to help every customer. I had 4 vehicles that all had problems..... now I have 4 cars I wouldnt hesitate to drive to New York and back. Also see a lot of people who take their classic cars to this shop. Finding techs who know how to work on classics is getting harder and harder now days. I cant say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
