5 /5 Ralph: I took my Chevy Cruze to Frank because it was having a miss. He knew what was wrong with it even before doing the diagnostics on it. He was able to get me back on the road quickly and at a great price. Frank put me at ease right off the bat and was straight forward and honest. Ive found my new regular mechanic. Thanks Frank.

1 /5 Charlie Muller: I made an appointment for a Saturday morning to drop off my vehicle. I called in on a Friday morning to advise them I was being called into work Saturday and would have to reschedule. I was going to be off Monday for Memorial Day, 5/26 and asked if they were going to be open. I was told they would be open and made an appointment to drop off my truck at 9 am. I showed up at 8:50 am and stayed at the shop until 9:30 am and no one showed up. I called numerous times and the call went straight to a busy tone. The next day the same thing. Finally at around 12 or 1 pm I get a return call from them. I asked why no one showed up for the appointment. He said it was Memorial Day and they were not open. I explained to him I specifically asked two weeks ago if they were going to be open and they said yes. They did not remember nor wrote or checked their scheduled. I explained this was a waste of my time and gas and a terrible way of doing business. All I got was, "I apologize". I told them I will find someone else to do business with. If a business cant remember nor write down and check for appointments, they shouldnt be in business. It shows customers are not a priority to them.

Very honest, not pushy actually will tell you what needs to be taken care of first and his opinion very reasonable prices goes up and beyond never had a problem always feel like I’ve been treated very fairly with the best Repair prices in Fresno. I highly recommend Frank your mechanic auto repair.
