Bertha Flores Great Service! I went in with my old car. My car had 315,000 miles on it. It was literally on its last leg and J&M were able to extend my car’s life by another 3 months. Just enough time to get me from point A to point B before I got my new car. They were very nice, fast and honest. They told me that they’d make it work but they’d suggest I start looking for a new car because it’d be more expensive to continue fixing this one than getting something new. Amen! An honest mechanic! So happy I came here.

Hunter Morton Quickest service possible and no appointment. Brought my car in for new rotors and pads in the morning and was ready well before noon. VERY reasonable prices, and I made it back to work without getting into a fiery inferno, so the quality is there.

They went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was ready for a funeral to give my uncles ashes his last ride in his favorite classic. Martin Martinez Im a first time customer. I was browsing the internet looking for an auto shop to diagnose an engine light on my 2917 hyundai tucson. I met Dan, one of their tech who was friendly and nice and showed me the way to their office. The office was clean and neat and the staffs (Natalie and Mia) are courteous and very helpful. making me comfortable while waiting for my van to be serviced. Mia fixed me coffee while I was waiting. The price they charge me was pretty decent ( I suppose) My car is back on the road. My overall experience here was pleasant. The only only downside was the extra $15 they charge me for using my credit card. Other than that, everything was great.

Sherry Valdez The shop was recommended to me by my son who found the staff to be genuine and extremely helpful. I couldnt agree more, Ive had to have 2 separate parts replaced. The staff took care of working with my extended warranty carrier and was able to get me back on the road without too big of a hit to my pocket book. This shop is now our family mechanic, Im grateful for their assistance and guidance with my vehicle.

Aaron Amaral EXCELLENT REPAIR SHOP!!! I have 4 cars and have had the following repairs done: gas pump install, head gasket replacement, suspension parts replaced on a 4x4 and a Cadillac, dash control pannels replaced, transmissions flushed, driveline work on a 4x4, cooling system repairs including radiators, thermostats, and hoses, brakes jobs, harmonic balancer replacement, starter install, interior pannel replacement, shocks, window motor, diffirential fluid changes, wheel bearings, and more Ive thrown some confounding problems at this shop such as electrical issues where other mechanics will give up, Jim at Van Ness gets to the bottom of whats going on. He takes the time to explain whats wrong and will show you the issue. His prices are very fair and Ive never had to take a repair back to be redone. I cant say enough good about this shop. Had another shop pay him to fix their mistakes..... thats how i found Van Ness Auto. The mechanics really know what theyre talking about and eventhough they are always busy, theyll make the effort to help every customer. I had 4 vehicles that all had problems..... now I have 4 cars I wouldnt hesitate to drive to New York and back. Also see a lot of people who take their classic cars to this shop. Finding techs who know how to work on classics is getting harder and harder now days. I cant say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
