I used to take it to the Mercedes dealership, but then Herndon Auto took such good care of me with pricing and customer service. I returned back every time for service the front office staff Nadia worked with my insurance worked with my warranty it was, very smooth no stress on me as the customer at all she handled everything she updated me. She called me. She left me voice messages. They really take care of you. !!!

This was such a great experience, i knew i would be a customer for life. What made that experience so special was Ricky took the time to educate me about my vehicle and what he observed while changing the oil. He has always found time to keep me up to date on my vehicles and its performance. Honest and fair with the service and prices. Because of the service i have received, i have told several of my friends through the years to take their Mercedes to his shop.
