From the inquiry phone call to the smog technician ,the staff were really good listeners and explained clearly . The location was easy to find and away from busy city traffic making it convenient . The office, shop and grounds were clean and organized. Would highly recommend this company.

Dimitri de Kouchkovsky Excellent experience! AC broke down while traveling with a baby in the summer. They were able to fit me in same day despite an already booked schedule and figured out the problem. The explained the options and were able to get the part and the repairs done overnight. Great service!

Keturah Bartlett I’ve used Sean as a mechanic for my car twice now, and I have been so impressed. He is incredibly kind, and was so helpful and flexible at getting my car in at a time that worked for me. I most recently needed new brake pads and rotors, and his price was about 12% less than the other place that I priced out. So not only is he an excellent mechanic, his prices are definitely reasonable.

Terra Krause We had a very pleasant experience here at Caresno’s. We had our front end stolen off of our car and they helped us through the whole process with ease!! Sajan Badhan I’ve been coming here for a while. Great service great guys. They fix your car fast and cheap. They even explain what they fixed and everything you need to know for the future. SunnySide smog wanted $1,000 for repairs but with these guys it was only $475. Less than half the price!

Shahid Aziz Ok So who does that. I had an appointment, took it told Chris what happened to my car. I live in my car. I saved the money bought the car and the dealer scammed me so theres little problems with my Subaru, Chris was nice enough to let one of his co-worker, which, who was also a very nice guy from Long Beach. He gave me a ride. they normally dont do that but I told him its super close so they gave me a ride. Chris calls me Within couple of hours that theres an issue, hes not sure about the sorce of the problem.he recommend to take it to the dealer, and he says hes not going to charge me. My question is, who does that such a great human being i am so grateful. Thank you, Chris. Really appreciate it in the future. I will recommend you to other people. And I will bring my car to you if I need my car to be fixed but that was an amazing experience, highly highly highly recommended. Great people, very professional, very courteous. Thank you, sir.
