Katherine Castillo It was my first time at Moef Salon and I got my hair done by Cameron Pun. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back and have it done by Cameron again. She styled my hair perfectly as I asked. I didn’t even know what I really wanted, but I loved all her suggestions. It was my first time getting a balayage, and we ended up doing a natural balayage. It came out perfectly. It was nice and relaxing. They had WiFi and so I was able to catch up on Singles Inferno and do some reading while waiting for my hair. Allison Singer Jen is the absolute best. It can be so hard to find a good curly haircut and Ive never been happier. Shes so excellent at what she does, my hair is soooo soft every time I leave, and her services are very reasonably priced. Mary Ana The Hairdresser and Color Expert, Louisa, is by far the most honest, loyal, and loving person I have been lucky enough to come to for years. She has over 25 years of experience, doesnt overcharge, and uses very high quality products. She is also patient and will care for your hair so that it wont get damaged from any type of coloring service. I have been blonde for over 5 years now and have had no issues with breakage or hair loss. I highly recommend coming to Park Ave Salon and asking for Louisa.

Christian Wilber I broke down in front of this salon late at night on my Harley, a lady that does hair here, Im sorry her name skips my mind but she and her husband went out of their way to help me with whatever it took to get it up and running again. She showed care and patience from the beginning with me being out front of her salon and I thank her for that. The both of them together stayed behind and waited to make sure I could get back on the road, if i had any hair on my head to have cut i would trust this woman above all because of the kindness she showed to me a complete stranger who looked a little rough around the edges stranded in from of her salon haha, thanks again to the both of you! you know who you are!

I always walk out with perfect hair color, highlights and a perfect cut. The best part is that as soon as I get there, I’m seated as scheduled. This is very important to me as a working mom.

Nazanin Azarm I went to the manager of this salon, whose name is Rima or something similar, because my hair had some orange tones, and I wanted her to fix it. First, she said she couldn’t do it at all, but then she changed her mind and said she could. She used two or three very high-level light colors on my hair and then took me to the sink. I thought she was going to wash my hair there, but instead, she applied some other products to my scalp that felt like bleach because I could feel my scalp burning. I have been bleaching my hair for more than 12 years, so I know the difference between hair dye and bleach. When she brought me to the sink, she prepared something like bleach and applied it to my hair because my scalp started burning. On top of that, she treated my hair very poorly—pulling and yanking it, scratching my scalp, and being rough to the point where I got a headache. After all this suffering, when she washed my hair, it was still orange—exactly the same as before! There was no improvement whatsoever. She said there was nothing else she could do. Not only did she fail to fix the color, but she also damaged my hair with the bleach and products she used. When she asked if I wanted a blow-dry, I said yes. Then, she started pulling and scratching my scalp again during the process. She didn’t even apply a basic mask to soften my hair, making it easier to brush. Instead, she yanked my hair, which was tangled and matted, and pulled it apart piece by piece to brush and dry it. During this process, so much of my hair broke, fell out, and turned into powder, which I could see on the floor. If she had been gentler and handled my hair with care, my hair wouldn’t have fallen out or been damaged like this. I absolutely do not recommend this person for hair coloring or blow-drying. Her behavior was terrible, and she showed no respect or care for my hair. I’m not just talking about her poor coloring skills, but also her attitude and the way she treated my hair, which is a valuable part of me. She completely damaged it and treated it with no respect. After all this, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she still charged me $124 for this terrible service. I wanted to leave this review to warn others. Please think twice before going to this person.

Nella Simonyan I cant recommend Rima and this salon enough! Rima is a master at everything hair—from cuts and colors to blow-dries. She knows her stuff and always leaves you feeling glamorous. I recently had my hair colored black and asked to get it straightened, despite having naturally curly hair. I was blown away when Rima finished styling my hair in just 20-22 minutes! Her speed and skill are seriously impressive. The salon itself is gorgeous and so relaxing. Its the kind of place where you can just unwind and forget your worries. Plus, they serve delicious coffee and chocolate, which was a nice treat during my visit. What really touched me was how they treated me during my visit. Being in the last weeks of pregnancy, I was especially appreciative of the staffs care and attentiveness, ensuring I was comfortable the whole time.

Anahit Hambardzumyan Booking an appointment with a specific specialist only to receive service from another without any acknowledgment or apology is truly disappointing. Its a basic expectation for honesty and transparency. A simple apology for a mistake like double booking, would have sufficed. Fortunately, the substitute specialist, Anna, was both sweet and professional, saving the experience. However, this credit goes solely to her, as the salons management seemed disconnected from the situation. Furthermore, salons should prioritize creating a relaxing atmosphere for their customers. Blaringly loud music is not conducive to this environment. Also paying with a card was nerve-wracking with an extra charge on top of all this. A more professional approach to service provision, particularly for newcomers, is necessary.
