3 /5 Anahit Hambardzumyan: Booking an appointment with a specific specialist only to receive service from another without any acknowledgment or apology is truly disappointing. Its a basic expectation for honesty and transparency. A simple apology for a mistake like double booking, would have sufficed.
Fortunately, the substitute specialist, Anna, was both sweet and professional, saving the experience. However, this credit goes solely to her, as the salons management seemed disconnected from the situation.
Furthermore, salons should prioritize creating a relaxing atmosphere for their customers. Blaringly loud music is not conducive to this environment. Also paying with a card was nerve-wracking with an extra charge on top of all this.
A more professional approach to service provision, particularly for newcomers, is necessary.
