Genevieve Dastrup Decided to go since this place is under new management now & everything seemed good at first I got offered water while I waited but once they sat me down the guy doing my nails left halfway to taking my old acrylics off & started doing a lady’s pedi. He then comes back to bring me a plastic bag filled with nail polish remover and a cotton ball and proceeds to tell me to take my nails off myself while he does the lady’s pedi..after an hour of soaking my hands and scrubbing them in the bag with remover I decided I was just going to leave but another worker saw me get up and called me over to finish what the first guy had started. Not returning. & yes my hands were dry & peeling from soaking in the nail polish remover.

Maria Estrada Customer service was rude much, I simply requested a specific nail tech and the person whom I was taking to ignored me and started speaking her language, obviously I’m gonna think she was talking bad about me. While I was waiting for a response this other lady asked if I didn’t mind going with the other techs because the one I requested was gone for the day , I respectfully said no thank you. My friend who went with me stayed and I left. An hour later my friend messaged me a photo that the nail tech I requested was there doing nails!!! It’s just rude AF I am paying for the service and I have the right to pick who ever I want to do my nails. Just cause I didn’t go with who ever you wanted to give me... lol never going back.

Carolyn Hobson They over charge, I told them specifically what I wanted and was told that it would be $35 once I was almost done I added 1 diamond on each nail and total came to $55 for basic one color gel nails. And on top of that the man who did my nails(owner) asked me where I was from and I said LA ..... his response “there’s a lot of black people there”. Overall I wouldn’t go back there again due to dishonesty and judgemental comments on top of that nails were average nothing great or off quality

Eva Dominguez I went to get manicure and pedicure today, to this call nail shop it took them for ever to get my pedicure done. I was so frustrated because they where doing other people who got there before me .
I never had this experience before very unprofessional they where interested in watching football instead of taking care of clientele.
Also they where rude with a lady because her baby was crying .. the poor lady left after the owner or manager talk to her.
Calexico needs a better nail place.
