1 /5 Shayne Huson: Dr. Ly was very good in the beginning and when he would order things or tell me to go schedule with the front end staff (Whitney) and his office manager, Erica or to call them I would have all kinds of issues and be treated so horrible and like I was a nobody and they would tell me the opposite of what he was asking me to do every time. I brought this to his attention and explained to him that I was having trouble with his front counter staff and he told me he wanted me to be like his undercover boss and let him know what was going on, but that’s what got me in trouble as soon as I did tell him, he turned on me and made it out as if I was the bad guy. I feel like he played me against the staff and then in the end he dropped me and left me with no care after spending thousands of dollars using my insurance and almost $1000 out of my own pocket. When I texted him about this concern he ignored me, which showed me how professional he was. Also, he had me come in on the weekend a few times, which was very nice as he was trying to help me, but he had his partner and girlfriend help him and I’m not sure if she was even a licensed dental assistant and allowed to be helping. Very unprofessional in so many ways.
