Only thing is I wish they would update parents at least once every two or even four months on the progress instead of expecting the kids too haha because the kids dont listen well or hear the right words to let us parents know whats going on. Susanne Kiffer Best dentist in Lewis County. All the staff is kind and welcoming. The hygienists are very gentle and caring. The dentists are also gentle, patient, and caring. The atmosphere is calming with encouraging music and most rooms have a big picture window with views of lovely landscaping. I cant recommend them enough; it is the best dental office you will find. Also they are great at making kids feel safe and comfortable.

Candice Linn From Candice Linn: I have had many poor experiences with dentists. I don’t dread the chair near as much thanks to this clinic and their staff. Whitney the biller is amazing at making sure my needs are met at a timely manner and planning my treatment around my budget. She is very kind and flexible. The assistants are warming and make me feel very comfortable. The Dentist himself is kind, gentle and doesn’t make me feel like crap if something is hurting or I need more anesthetic. (Which past dentists have done) He makes great suggestions and is always honest about what is most affordable and not just wanting to take my money. I was bummed when Dr. Lim left but the new guy is just as great. Thanks so much to everyone at Cascade Family Dental. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Heather Beaird I called Dr. Coles office for a dental emergency. They were able to get me in, and to address the issue on the same day. Every member of the staff that I encountered were friendly. Dr. Cole explained every step of the procedure and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to address my non-emergent needs. They explained the costs before the procedure so there were no surprises. I have already recommended Dr. Cole to a colleague who happened to mention she was looking for a new dentist. Thank you VERY much to Dr. Cole and team! I have already booked a new patient consult exam!

Kendra Dickson Everybody there is so friendly and personal. They get to know you. They take good care of you. Theyre very gentle. Not only do I go there my kids do too and the kids love it. My kids actually enjoy the dentist because of how amazing they are. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Kristi Voie I just established with Dr. White. His receptionist was very polite and helpful. The dental assistant was efficient. Dr. White was very thorough and has a great way of explaining issues with teeth and gums. The hygienist listened to my concerns and fears about pain, and she adapted methods that worked great! I had no discomfort during my cleaning! I will be establishing care for my husband and son right away. Best experience in many years!
