Kids Dental Orthodontics - Centralia (WA)

Israel Elwell I went in to see Dr Chris and had X-rays on 4 teeth that are providing me immense pain daily. These teeth needed to be extracted so we scheduled a Monday to get it done. I had to schedule time off of work which is difficult due to the fact that I oversee others. The Friday before the extraction, they called to cancel on me. (Mind you, I was on my honeymoon when they cancelled on me). This is after I have been taking my prescribed antibiotics for this specific date. Not only did they cancel, but Mary the receptionist REFUSED to let me speak with the other dentist. This dentist was only willing to pull 3 out of 4 teeth which would require two separate visits and two separate healing times. Due to this, I will NEVER use this dental center again. All I wanted to do was ask the dentist if he would pull all four at once like Dr Chris would do. Mary never gave me the chance.

glen Colburn Love the clean and bright office, coffee , cookies and oh yes the great and gentle work they do on my teeth. Dr. Downing and staff always have a plan for my needs. I really like the gentle cleaning done twice a year for me. I am grateful for the work they are doing in our area to help others. Modern and up to date on the latest procedures.

Susanne Kiffer Best dentist in Lewis County. All the staff is kind and welcoming. The hygienists are very gentle and caring. The dentists are also gentle, patient, and caring. The atmosphere is calming with encouraging music and most rooms have a big picture window with views of lovely landscaping. I cant recommend them enough; it is the best dental office you will find. Also they are great at making kids feel safe and comfortable.

Kendra Dickson Everybody there is so friendly and personal. They get to know you. They take good care of you. Theyre very gentle. Not only do I go there my kids do too and the kids love it. My kids actually enjoy the dentist because of how amazing they are. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Cory I had a really bad dental emergency and I called and they literally got me in and seen me that same day. After seeing how bad of a condition it really was, they turned around and scheduled an apt for me the very next day! They said I was a priority to them and my health. They pulled the infected tooth which had caused a serious abcess a few days before. The abcess popped while I was there and they cleaned all the infection out, pulled that tooth and sent me on my way. All staff was super friendly and the Dr was absolutely amazing and kept me calm thru the entire procedure. I have high anxiety and fear the dentist entirely.. she was absolutely amazing hands down! I will be going here from now on! Aside from all the friendly staff members, they work with you if you cant afford it upfront. They do payment plans and help you in anyway they can. Absolutely an amazing place for your entire family! Highly recommend!!

Candice Linn From Candice Linn: I have had many poor experiences with dentists. I don’t dread the chair near as much thanks to this clinic and their staff. Whitney the biller is amazing at making sure my needs are met at a timely manner and planning my treatment around my budget. She is very kind and flexible. The assistants are warming and make me feel very comfortable. The Dentist himself is kind, gentle and doesn’t make me feel like crap if something is hurting or I need more anesthetic. (Which past dentists have done) He makes great suggestions and is always honest about what is most affordable and not just wanting to take my money. I was bummed when Dr. Lim left but the new guy is just as great. Thanks so much to everyone at Cascade Family Dental. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
