Ryan Durbin Dr. Lasely and the team at Centralia Orthodontics are fantastic! Dr. Lasely is incredibly patient and thorough, always explaining the treatment plan and next steps for my children’s care in a clear, reassuring way. He’s taken a thoughtful approach, never rushing to pull teeth prematurely while we wait for their baby teeth to fall out naturally. The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and great at scheduling multiple appointments for my kids at once. They’re also quick to fix issues, like when my son broke a bracket. The office is clean and welcoming, making every visit pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Lasely and his team for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care!

Michelle Henricksen The front desk gals are so kind and always have a smile. My daughter always receives great care from the staff. Only thing is I wish they would update parents at least once every two or even four months on the progress instead of expecting the kids too haha because the kids dont listen well or hear the right words to let us parents know whats going on. Becky Nelson AMAZINGLY Brilliant prosthedontist! Does his own lab & chair side so everything is done right! Id give 10 stars if I could!! About the bad review: last yr Dr Mercers wife was Very ill & they had parents death etc. Due to Mrs Mercers illness for the last 4 yrs or so she is no longer able to take care of ALL the insurance hassle to get paid so things have gotten very rocky with Dr being able to cover all bases. Please have compassion& understanding. He is pushing himself SO hard to do all he can to help everyone possible.

Heather Beaird I called Dr. Coles office for a dental emergency. They were able to get me in, and to address the issue on the same day. Every member of the staff that I encountered were friendly. Dr. Cole explained every step of the procedure and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to address my non-emergent needs. They explained the costs before the procedure so there were no surprises. I have already recommended Dr. Cole to a colleague who happened to mention she was looking for a new dentist. Thank you VERY much to Dr. Cole and team! I have already booked a new patient consult exam!

Summer Holmes This was the best dentist experience I have ever had. All of the people there are extremely kind. They also explained more to me than any other dentist, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole appointment. I would definitely recommend this office.

Susanne Kiffer Best dentist in Lewis County. All the staff is kind and welcoming. The hygienists are very gentle and caring. The dentists are also gentle, patient, and caring. The atmosphere is calming with encouraging music and most rooms have a big picture window with views of lovely landscaping. I cant recommend them enough; it is the best dental office you will find. Also they are great at making kids feel safe and comfortable.

Cory I had a really bad dental emergency and I called and they literally got me in and seen me that same day. After seeing how bad of a condition it really was, they turned around and scheduled an apt for me the very next day! They said I was a priority to them and my health. They pulled the infected tooth which had caused a serious abcess a few days before. The abcess popped while I was there and they cleaned all the infection out, pulled that tooth and sent me on my way. All staff was super friendly and the Dr was absolutely amazing and kept me calm thru the entire procedure. I have high anxiety and fear the dentist entirely.. she was absolutely amazing hands down! I will be going here from now on! Aside from all the friendly staff members, they work with you if you cant afford it upfront. They do payment plans and help you in anyway they can. Absolutely an amazing place for your entire family! Highly recommend!!
