5 /5 The PotatoKing69: I had 2 teeth that needed extraction since May and the only place that takes my insurance refused to return mine and the dentist calls or the 3 referrals sent. So came here. The cost out of pocket hurt more than the operation but was definitely worth it. Every one inside is very professional. Crecelius was great at explaining everything before hand. Opted for general anesthesia and he was still able to get the job done under the amount of time they said it would take. Dont want to be a repeat customer but I definitely recommend coming here. Especially if youre already paying out of pocket.

1 /5 Ty Le: Absolute JOKE OF A FACILITY!!!! Paid over 500 out of pocket to be treated like trash. The Surgeon, Dr. Strange has 0 regard for individuals you are just a tooth to him. There was no follow up after surgery, when my socket was infected due to wrong instruction, and it being too open. The nurse gave me instructions to clean it, when i went back because the pain was too much i was told the nurse was wrong originally on the cleaning process, and to manage the pain i would need to go against my Dr recommendations to not use Nsaids or come in every day and get lidocaine shots. When i said ok to numbing me the Dr was irritated visibly and idk if he took it out on me but i never been in that much pain at the dentist. I was then told TO COME IN EVERY DAY IT HURTS AND HE WILL NUMB IT… That was the pain management answer and THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT…Use this facility with CAUTION

5 /5 Margret Dallas: Had to have unexpected wisdom teeth removal by Dr. Crecelius and his staff. They were very time efficient (all 4 removed in less than 15 min with local anesthetic ) and kind. Even Found a squeeze ball when I got nervous. With consult, X-rays, numbing and procedure, we were in and out in less than 70 minutes. Also very transparent with pricing and it was very affordable

5 /5 Grace Lindt: I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at South Sound Oral Surgery in Centralia by Dr. Jason Strange. The receptionist was friendly and the nurses were informative with post-care instructions. I had 2 nurses that took care of me, and they both were very attentive!! I was pretty nervous coming in for this surgery since I had never been under anesthesia before. They were very understanding and offered me to do a certain procedure where I would be partially unaware for the inserting of the IV, and then soon after would be put under anesthesia. I really liked this because it helped me calm down prior to the surgery. My surgery was about 20-30 minutes in total. My recovery time has been great, with minor pain but mainly discomfort by day 5 post op. I didn’t do much interacting with Dr. Strange but by the small interactions I had, he was a very genuine person. He knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a wisdom teeth removal!

5 /5 Annette Richardson: I could not have asked for a better experience, from the first phone call to the follow-up visit. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Crecelius. I found him and his staff informative, professional, and caring. I also found them to be beyond fair to me financially. Highly recommend!
