David Osorio I had gone to 4 different shops, one of them being my local dealer (Lithia of course) for death wobble. Every single one insisted everything was fine. But when i came to this shop, they found the real problem and gave me a report on it. From there, i was able to go back to the dealer with proof of an issue in hand and this time they actually did their job and fixed my truck under warranty. If you want a TRUE expert in suspension issues, come to Tri-Cities Automotive Repair. The guys in the shop are funny, intelligent and actually do a good job. Will use them for all future car diagnostics and repair! Edit: The pricing was also very fair for the job they performed!

He was responsive, honest, and he got the job done for a very reasonable price. It was a huge relief, all around, to find him online and to make contact with him when I needed help. Chuck L. Update: Had another great experience with new 2020 2500 Cummins Ram Jan 2021 for routine maintenance, Thank you all again. Just had my first interaction with WRAR this past week 08/19. They we extremely courteous and excellent to work with. I made my appointment to have an aftermarket Bull Bar installed on my Ram 1500 Sport Truck. They got me in very quickly and did a great job and got me my truck back the same day. They offered me a ride home or work which was very kind of them even though I had a ride set up already. The install work so far is great... They even did a follow up via text to make sure I was happy with the work, Thank you WRAR. AS my newer vehicles go out of there manufacture warrantys I plan to use them for all my maintenance in the coming year. We try and support our local city businesss as much as possible in WR. Want to keep them here and its so convenient too. Their prices seem fair and competitive for the Tri Cities area as well. Will use them again! A++ for service and communication and friendliness. Update 06/04/2020 Took my 2nd vehicle in for routine maintenance on our 17 Honda Accord sport. Once again WRAR did a wonderful job. Montana was awesome as always at handling everything from delivery to pickup. Thanks again for being the best Automotive and honest repair shop in West Richland. Will be back....

Sharlene Mayse My 2005 RAV4 was sitting for several months because I was in the hospital and then in rehabilitation. Dave jumped my battery and then charged my battery for several hours as well as washing it. Now it’s running great. I appreciate all the time he took to fix it properly; good job Dave!

Peter Wilhelm Matt and the team at Steve’s Tire and Auto have risen to the occasion twice in the last couple months with two of our vehicles that our kids drive and take out of town to school. The first was a bad pothole that damaged the rim of an older Mazda CX-5. Matt was able to source a used OEM wheel at significant savings…and, it looks great. The other was fitting in our son’s 2008 Saturn Vue for an inspection and oil change during his short 3-day visit. The inspection found a few other items which we gladly accepted and they were able to fit into the schedule. I trust Matt and his team to help ensure my kids vehicles are reliable and safe. Steve’s Tire and Auto is my trusted shop for newer or older vehicles.

ivy romero After seeing all of the great reviews, I thought I would give Evergreen Auto a try. I called Sergio about our van not having A/C and he arrived in a short amount of time. From start to finish we were so glad we found him!! He had our air conditioning working by the end of the day, we have four small children and we’ve gone two years without the air conditioning but this year we couldn’t go without again. He was so reasonably priced and our children kept saying it was a miracle for them. I will always recommend Sergio and we will definitely continue to call on Evergreen for any future problems.
