5 /5 ivy romero: After seeing all of the great reviews, I thought I would give Evergreen Auto a try. I called Sergio about our van not having A/C and he arrived in a short amount of time. From start to finish we were so glad we found him!! He had our air conditioning working by the end of the day, we have four small children and we’ve gone two years without the air conditioning but this year we couldn’t go without again. He was so reasonably priced and our children kept saying it was a miracle for them. I will always recommend Sergio and we will definitely continue to call on Evergreen for any future problems.

What impressed me the most was his willingness to take the time and explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the process. His expertise and customer service were exceptional. Highly recommend!

I was pretty sure we would be carless at least another few days but called around anyway leaving messages. Sergio was the one mechanic to call me back and arrange to fix one of my vehicles that same evening in my driveway! He’s got 5 star reviews for a reason. Knowledgable, reasonably priced, and MOBILE! He’ll be our go to mechanic from now on.

5 /5 Christian Burke: I was leaving for a trip the following day and had a coolant leak. Sergio came late in the evening and worked late so that he could fix it in time for my trip. Really, appreciate his deep care, working late to be a huge blessing to my family and at a great price. Highly recommend, he is now my go-to in the Tri Cities area for mechanical work.

5 /5 Amanda Stofey: BEST. MECHANIC. EVER! Seriously, he saved my whole trip. I was driving from Utah to northern Washington for a 10 day camping trip. This was day two and after driving 6 hrs toward my next campground, with 2 hours to go, my engine started rattling. It was almost 6 pm, everywhere was closed and I was pretty much middle of nowhere. I called Sergio, praying he could squeeze me in. He was literally at my location within 10 minutes of my call! Popped my hood and figured out what was wrong so quickly! He even showed me which was super cool! He went and got the part and in 90 degree heat, climbed up on my truck and replaced it. I was worried I was going to have to leave my truck at a garage over night or even a few nights, paying hundreds for a motel with my two 60lb dogs! Nope! I was back on the road within 2 hours! Not only did I make it to my next campground in time, I made it while the sun was still up! He literally saved my whole trip! Seriously, thank you!!!
