1 /5 Tiffany Rowley: I have brought many vehicles here over the years but the last two times were very frustrating. A year ago we had extensive work done on a vehicle spending almost $2k. A week later it stopped running completely. Sold it for parts. Today we picked up my husband’s truck we bought to replace the other vehicle. The speedometer had stopped working. He specifically told them he would like his speedometer sensor replaced. He even told them there were parts available locally. Not only did they not replace it. They did not call to give him options. They just called to tell him it was done. He was told if it stops working again he can call for a quote. What?! What happened to do it right the first time! This is so shady. Update: Less than 24 hours and the speedometer stopped working again. Waiting to see if they contact us back. This is beyond unacceptable. In reply to your response. You are incorrect. The second time we brought the Expedition in we spent $986. I have the credit card details to prove attached . And it wasn’t an oil change.

5 /5 G R: Good job on service. Very polite..told me what was needed with my car without making feel pressured..I do recommend them just based of their courtesy and mannerism..came in for oil change 1hour in and out

1 /5 Tyler Adolf: My experience here could only be made right if they offered a refund. I paid for a misdiagnosis. Took my truck somewhere else it was only a dead battery not a $3000 repair they wanted to perform. The icing on the cake is the way my truck was taken apart and not put together correctly. They left broken electrical clips on the floor board, trim pieces not put together right, disconnected my subwoofer, and the radio tuner and right front door speaker no longer work since the day I got it back. When I went back into the office to mention the subwoofer was disconnected a tech did come out to look and had the audacity to ask me " you want us to hook that back up". Not a happy camper with your shop.

5 /5 Gerry Vitort: We had just started a two week RV trip around Washington when we noticed our Sprinter van’s A/C was blowing hot air. We found this repair shop late afternoon and they took us right away (fortunately they were two minutes from our rv park), diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next morning! Great service and super helpful and friendly staff. BTW…the next several days were super hot! Very thankful we found them!

5 /5 David Osorio: I had gone to 4 different shops, one of them being my local dealer (Lithia of course) for death wobble. Every single one insisted everything was fine. But when i came to this shop, they found the real problem and gave me a report on it. From there, i was able to go back to the dealer with proof of an issue in hand and this time they actually did their job and fixed my truck under warranty. If you want a TRUE expert in suspension issues, come to Tri-Cities Automotive Repair. The guys in the shop are funny, intelligent and actually do a good job. Will use them for all future car diagnostics and repair! Edit: The pricing was also very fair for the job they performed!
