Desert Medic Never enough providers and routed to urgent care facilities where we have copays and added costs, along with no real diagnosis. The pharmacy here has actually got worse. They do not carry widely used meds, and somehow cannot have MAMC shuttle them with other things. They have a phone number to text which is unclear with replies. Scripts are filled as the pharmacist feels like doing them instead of when promised. ICE complaints are ignored.

Marty Holtzman This review is about the experience I had yesterday at the Olympia Multicare hospital for an Inguinal Hernia repair. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised. Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be. Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!

When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother. I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team member like Michele. Dr Moore and Laura are very great at seeing a serious problem and working with us after we understood the true seriousness of everything. I met wonderful people other patients and even housekeepers and kitchen staff. Thank you all!!! I’ve never been treated better!!! Only criticism is no safety hand rails in shower. I’m 79 and truly needed them or a shower chair. There were none

Mud Fish The physicians and staff are kind, compassionate, and professional. The front office staff are the best I have encountered. From prompt callbacks and scheduling, to going above and beyond to establish a genuine relationship with patients. The doctors on staff are always willing to listen and take the patients overall needs into consideration. I’m always impressed by their vigilance and standards. I have been a Vantage patient for around 7 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare. A+

liz wells Dr. Tui has been my physician for a few years now. Her and her medical assistant Tessa are very professional in their role. They take their time to fully understand your concerns with their undivided attention. They do their best to take care of those needs and to answer your questions. There has never been a time where I felt rushed in my appointment, my time was well respected. Tui and Tessa are very responsive and available with call, text or portal message. I pray they never leave because they are the best and I dont want to lose them.
